More than anything, this software helps me stay organized throughout my working hours. It's been really useful and gives me very solid time management support.
Cons

It has been excellent for our team and one feature I personally really enjoy is the reminder that nudges me back on track whenever I accidentally get lost scrolling through social media.
Cons
unfortunately, Time Doctor still doesn't integrate with QuickBooks Online.

Pros
The screenshot capture, mouse and keyboard activity tracking and app usage list are the features I value most. They make it possible to closely monitor work and feel confident that employees are actually doing their jobs while on the clock.
Cons
The pricing feels a little high though, $20 for 3 people compared with the $10 I was paying before for 2 users.

“Precise tracking and transparency”
Pros
The tracking is incredibly precise. My clients can see every minute I'm working which apps I used which websites I visited and even the random screenshots so there's no question that I'm actually doing the task. It even accounts for time when I'm just thinking and not touching the keyboard.
Cons
Honestly nothing major. Since this field is required, I'd say there were a few times when Time Doctor closed or disappeared without any warning but I'm hoping that won't happen again.

Cons
One thing that gets annoying is not being able to clear out a lot of old tasks in bulk without much hassle.

It has been a really effective and budget-friendly option for tracking time and managing projects. I use it across all of my client work and one thing I really appreciate is being able to give each client their own login so they can access their files and view the related screenshots.
Cons
The only downsides I've noticed with Time Doctor are that solo users don't get an annual subscription discount and customer support responses can be a bit slow and not as strong as they should be.

Pros
Setting up new projects and tasks is really fast and assigning team members doesn't take much time either. One big advantage for us is being able to create client access since about 95% of our clients want to see an overview of tracked time and screenshots. The mobile app is also very useful. We use it to monitor whether our team is reaching their daily target working hours.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the Payment Request section that appears when client access is set up. I'd prefer to hide it because some clients were confused about why it was there but right now there's no option to remove it. Other than that, there really isn't any feature I dislike.
