It comes with a ready-made payroll setup right out of the box. It lets me monitor when staff clock in and out, track performance reviews, jot down important notes and log absences so nothing slips through the cracks. Overall, those features have made managing my team noticeably simpler and more organized.
Cons
What bothers me is that the system depends entirely on trust , employees can clock in whenever they say they did and I have to take their word for it. I really wish there were a way to verify the physical location of a clock-in so I could be sure people are where they're supposed to be when they log their time.

the app does feel a bit dated despite having some useful functions. I've noticed the time-tracking component that comes with the subscription can be inconsistent and it doesn't always run as smoothly or reliably as I would expect for something we depend on every day.
