very user friendly interface but it's also powerful enough to manage all the payroll tracking our team requires. I have found it incredibly simple to monitor my team's hours without much effort. The HR tools are way more feature-rich than I expected , features you'd assume would cost a lot more elsewhere. To get this caliber of capabilities at such an affordable price is genuinely impressive.

Honestly I do not have many complaints about this product. It's loaded with functionality and is decidedly budget-friendly. My biggest frustration is that I didn't discover it earlier , I wasted far too much time trying out other options that ultimately fell short.

exploring between different pages can feel awkward and sluggish and it could definitely be more fluid. For example, when I'm trying to archive time entries but only a few projects from a batch should be archived, it's annoying that I can't pick the specific projects directly from the pop-up to fix them. I frequently resort to opening two browser windows to avoid losing data while hopping between sections.

The interface is excellent , everything I need is instantly accessible, and most problems get fixed right away. When I can't work something out on my own, their support team is amazing and resolves any issue fast.
