It is is really easy to use and makes life so much easier for our employees. As a manager, I find the reporting to be very thorough. From training to the follow-up after setup, everything was handled really well!

Cons

I really wish there was an option for autofill of hourly time on a daily basis. A lot of other products have this feature and it would save time if the company added it.

Their team is amazing. They always answer my questions quickly whether it's through chat or a call. They even take time to walk me through fixes and teach me how to use the system more efficiently. The global entry feature is fantastic letting me enter info for everyone in one go. And Gideon is a real gem!!

PTO and accrual tracking could be a bit more user-friendly. It would make things easier for everyone.

They have been so helpful and ready to assist with any questions. They even helped me solve a payroll upload issue with Heartland, which has saved me so much time when processing payroll.

I can sort the time entries by task, which helps me understand how resources are being allocated across different research projects. Plus, generating reports quickly is super helpful. These reports show me how time is being spent and how things are progressing which is crucial for hitting project goals and making sure resources are used wisely. Another perk is the easy data entry which I can do from any device, whether I'm working in the office or from home.

Cons

The reporting tools are helpful but it would be nice if I could customize the reports for specific research needs. Also, approving time entries can be a little tricky, especially with many tasks and team members involved.
