Taken Care operates as an OPC and I handle several projects at the same time across various locations. Because engagements tend to be brief, being able to track and recontact the same candidates when similar roles pop up later has made it easier for me to keep strong relationships with talent. Also, having a centralized database of candidates gives me a neat organized overview of the pool I've identified.
Cons
Up to now no significant issues have interfered with my work on the platform.

Cons
I've noticed a few points, the dashboard looks a bit bland and could use a visual refresh, there's no automated way to map and populate candidate details into custom fields and I wish I had the flexibility to reuse enquiry form data at later stages of the process.
