Application tracking with reduced manual work

Pros

Being able to track the different stages of each application while cutting down on manual work saves me a ton of time and honestly countless manhours across the team. We're not digging through emails or spreadsheets anymore. Everything updates automatically so we always know exactly where each candidate stands without lifting a finger.

Cons

Generating reports was a bit tricky for me. It's not impossible but I had to spend extra time figuring out the steps to get the info I needed.

Cons

Great interface but weak reporting support

Pros

interface is excellent and I find it reminds me of JIRA's swimlane view while letting me schedule interviews and record every detail.

Cons

great tool but sometimes I'm unable to obtain great MIS reports needed for leadership insights, the support team's availability should follow a standard process and product communications to clients need to be better.

I find the interface easy to use and very accessible and the candidate pool helps me sort applicants efficiently while tools run smoothly.

Cons

After I reach out to candidates I often find there's no dedicated place where I can jot down my thoughts or a personal note about their selection, adding a personal comments tab would make tracking decisions easier, more effective and would help smooth out the entire process considerably.
