Pros
Being able to track the different stages of each application while cutting down on manual work saves me a ton of time and honestly countless manhours across the team. We're not digging through emails or spreadsheets anymore. Everything updates automatically so we always know exactly where each candidate stands without lifting a finger.
Cons
Generating reports was a bit tricky for me. It's not impossible but I had to spend extra time figuring out the steps to get the info I needed.
