The user-friendly interface impressed me and setting it up took minimal effort.

Pros
The job workflow is convenient with multiple stages, candidate calibrations and smart filters, I find the automated interview scheduling, feedback, Boolean strings, WhatsApp messaging, internal candidate database and scorecards particularly useful.
Cons
At the moment I don't have any issues, I'm genuinely enjoying working with this tool and have no complaints to report.

Automatic interviews and smooth transitions between rounds make the portal very convenient and I find workflow, mandatory feedback and data sourcing features valuable.
Cons
The team is actively working to improve features and make them more stable and I've noticed ongoing efforts but would like to see faster, more consistent results.

Pros
The tool feels very easy to use and convenient, covering most recruiting situations and I find the customizable settings align well with our company's needs.
Cons
In my experience feature requests can take quite a while to be delivered and some of the fields recruiters enter during a requisition's lifecycle aren't available in reports so the reporting could be more insightful to help our team make stronger data-driven decisions.
