“excellent HR features overall”
Pros
The employee self-service tools, talent management features and multi-user setup are some of the biggest reasons this software works well for me. It also has an intelligent system that helps coordinate HR tasks especially when it comes to analyzing employee performance.
Cons
Employee appraisal feature is nice but in my view it could be improved to make it more effective.
