Hoodz Review Webclock

Pros

Occasionally, though not frequently, Webclock goes down for software upgrades in the middle of the night when my teams are clocking in or out. This prevents them from logging into the system, requiring manual intervention by management the next day.

Cons

For weekly payroll, I have to manually download it to my computer and then upload it to Engage. This process could be streamlined to eliminate the need for manual downloading and uploading.

Webclock

Pros

The ability to clock in for different jobs is highly valuable. It's also extremely easy to use.

Cons

I would appreciate it if the timesheet displayed a separate total for sick leave/vacation leave used, instead of lumping everything together. Additionally, it would be helpful if timesheets included the job worked, as I currently have to go back into the employee profile to determine the job they were assigned to.

Streamlined Time Clock for Employees

Pros

The ease of use when it comes to employees clocking in and out is fantastic. As an office manager, I find it extremely helpful to make manual changes both at the office and remotely, as needed.

Cons

It would have been helpful to have an actual "troubleshooting FAQs worksheet" during the initial training, considering the vast amount of information to absorb right from the start. As other questions arise later on, such as "how do I add a shift?" having a resource to refer back to would have been beneficial.

Make Time For WebClock!

Pros

The sales team demonstrated great discipline. They listened to our needs and didn't push unnecessary features. Once we agreed on the implementation plan, it became their top priority. Our salesperson stayed involved throughout the process to ensure a seamless and successful implementation. I felt like an integral part of the team and the process.

Cons

I would appreciate it if the software didn't allow employees to punch in or out unless their GPS is enabled.

Cons

Due to high turnover, it's essential to have well-documented training materials for new users at different locations. Initially, it can be confusing to figure out how to input employees into the clocks. Clear and detailed documents would reduce any confusion. Not all employees are tech-savvy, and they may struggle to follow the steps correctly in the beginning.

Complete time management system that seamlessly integrates with our HR system!

Pros

We recently underwent a complete overhaul and switched vendors to a new PEO. WebClock was their recommended partner for our timekeeping system. Compared to our previous system (ADP), WebClock is significantly easier to use and much more user-friendly. Once you get past the initial learning curve, the WebClock system is intuitive and accessible for both employees and managers.

Cons

The learning process can be a bit cumbersome. It's not as instantly intuitive as I had hoped, and the instructions are in narrative form instead of using easy-to-follow infographics for my team.
