“Amazing tool with best assessments”
Pros
It is exceptionally amazing tool, with best assessment features and attentive support and it also includes several important integrations that help organise our processes.
Cons
In my experience the ATS is not particularly performance-driven and I wish recruiters had access to clearer signals or analytics that would provide insight into candidate quality.

“An approachable and instinctive system”
Pros
I truly valued how approachable and instinctive Workable felt, the system simplifies candidate management and the coordination of the hiring workflow making those tasks both direct and efficient. Additionally I appreciated the reporting and collaborative tools because they help me and my colleagues stay synchronized throughout each stage of recruitment.
Cons
Although I find Workable mostly easy to use, I discovered that certain more sophisticated capabilities for instance custom report creation or performing bulk operations require extra time to learn or configure at the outset and I believe that adding clearer in-app guidance or contextual tooltips in those specific sections would significantly smooth the onboarding and daily use.

“Amazing features at a premium price”
Pros
Workable's interface exceptionally amazing which makes navigating the system easy for both recruiters and hiring managers and it supports posting vacancies across multiple job boards, automated resume parsing, reusable email templates and built-in interview scheduling which collectively have saved our team a significant amount of time while the configurable workflows allowed us to accurately represent our organization's complex structure.
Cons
We've found that the cost can be prohibitive for smaller companies or startups and the level of customization is somewhat limited when compared with more enterprise-grade ATS solutions. nonetheless, the vendor continuously improves the product and reliably listens to and acts on customer feedback.

“Easy to master for the whole team”
Pros
It proved easy to master and use and I found that both my recruiters and hiring managers were able to adopt it rapidly without any hand-holding. Implementation moved along quickly, requiring no IT support which meant our HR and recruiting groups could begin using it immediately. The platform's automation is powerful as well, offering tools such as interview scheduling and prebuilt email templates that significantly reduce manual work for our team. Being able to collaborate inside the hiring plan itself keeps decision-making flowing without the need to set up additional meetings. As a leader, I appreciate the monthly spotlight summaries because they present the essential metrics at a glance, including user permissions that might need review, candidate pipeline statistics and time-to-fill, saving me from having to hunt through reports.
Cons
It would be useful if we were able to build custom candidate assessments right inside Workable so that all evaluation materials lived in a single system rather than scattered across other tools. I also wish the reporting functionality were more user-friendly and capable of triggering near real-time alerts, for example calling out when a candidate has remained in a particular stage for too long. The interview assessment area could benefit from enhancements because without scoring or qualification fields it becomes more difficult for me and my colleagues to compare candidates side-by-side effectively. Finally, the archived jobs view is frustratingly limited to alphabetical sorting and having filters for date posted, department or location would make locating past openings much faster.

“Simple to use”
Pros
When I'm vetting candidates and navigating the various interview stages, I find this tool easy to use and the user access portal is organized so simply that moving through it becomes quick.
Cons
My biggest frustration with Workable involved the minimal options for tailoring hiring workflows because that lack of flexibility forced me into difficult workarounds and extended the time and effort required to align the platform with our specific recruitment practices.

“A highly interactive and excellent tool”
Pros
From a candidate's and hiring manager's standpoint, I find Workable very interactive to move through and its features such as scheduling interviews, messaging tools and the careers page strongly contribute to maintaining candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle. Their customer support is immediate and it organizes our recruitment workflow so we can concentrate on the major priorities like actually making the hire!
Cons
There isn't much negative to say, Workable is excellent! I wish it had an integrated background check option but I know few applicant tracking systems offer that capability yet.

“My freelancing Experience with Workable”
Pros
As a freelancer, Workable has been an invaluable tool for assisting HR professionals in global talent recruitment. Its ability to connect clients worldwide is a standout feature, and the user-friendly interface makes it a favorite of mine.

There are instances where job posts are not genuine, highlighting the platform's instability in filtering real and fake job postings.

“one of the best ATS for Professional recruiting”
Pros
Posting jobs on relevant boards is a pretty simple task with Workable. The use of templates makes things easier and the mobile app improves efficiency. Also it is great for documenting and tracking the hiring pipeline, allows bulk emailing to applicants and integrates with email and calendar, saving us time.
Cons
There are not many editing options for job postings. It is also challenging to manage referral bonuses, as those who refer candidates need to track the status of the applications themselves.

“An exceptional HR tool that free's up time!”
Pros
Workable has the power to streamline recruiting, offering all the sourcing and collaboration tools you need without complications. It is a bit pricey and might restrict some flexibility, but it is a reliable choice if you want an all-in-one HR solution.
Cons
The price is quite high for small businesses, especially if you want additional features. It might not be ideal for custom setups and the automation can sometimes lack the personal touch. If English is not your first language, you might find it challenging and understanding their billing can be difficult.

“Workable for Web Developers”
Pros
It serves as a great centralized hub for job listings beyond LinkedIn. The interface is simple and easy to navigate and it provides customized real-time job alerts.
Cons
The free trial is quite limited and as the job market becomes increasingly competitive so relying on a single platform to find jobs is not enough.

“Very Solid ATS, with Some Very Solid Quirks”
Pros
The user interface and experience are superior to most ATS systems I have used. Its highly intuitive, though it has a few quirks. My hiring managers like how easy it is for interviewing and evaluating candidates. The speed of the site and app is impressive and I particularly like how customizable the careers page is.
Cons
The migration and implementation process was a complete disaster. The sales team did not mention that I would need to import 19,000 files from my previous system into a single Excel document by myself. No assistance was provided, only blame placed on my previous system or an offer to upgrade to a more expensive subscription. When I contacted Customer Service, they only offered partial solutions. My concerns were met with indifference, and I have not encountered anyone who genuinely cares about improving the customer experience now that I am a paying customer. While the "people search" function is interesting, it has only four filters, leading to information overload. The AI-generated job descriptions are useful, but there is no way to adjust the prompts. Viewing a candidates full profile requires opening another screen outside the job listing. The self-scheduling link has confused several candidates, and when I raised this issue, I was told that if my candidates could not figure it out, it should be a hiring criterion. As mentioned earlier, there are numerous quirks that could be easily resolved.
