Pros
It is easy to use and navigate, offers a comprehensive set of features and comes at an affordable price. It integrates with popular job boards and social media platforms and the customer support is excellent.
Cons
Some features are complex to set up and the reporting can be limited. The mobile app also does not offer as many features as the web app.

I have been using Workable since its early days and it has never let me down. It is intuitive and customizable, supporting recruitment from just a couple of hires a year to over 20,000.
Cons
The cost is steadily increasing and the reporting features could use more flexibility.

Being cloud-based, it facilitates collaboration on recruitment for remote teams.
Cons
The job postings have a standard format, so there is little opportunity for branding or customizing the pages. Reporting was problematic and tracking links for application sources did not always work and often misreported with LinkedIn ads appearing as website or Google traffic. Extracting and working with reporting data was also difficult as it had to be exported to connect with clients paid ads on LinkedIn.

Workable streamlines recruiting by letting me manage job postings and candidate communications in one place. Collaborating with multiple team members on hiring decisions provides diverse perspectives and more informed choices. I can customize workflows, automate screening processes and benefit from mobile access. Integrations with tools like Slack and Zapier, along with robust reporting and analytics are very useful. Customer support is also readily available through various channels.
Cons
Workables pricing is a bit too much for smaller businesses, especially when purchasing add-ons. There are some integration and customization limitations, and certain automations can make the candidate experience feel robotic. I have encountered technical issues as well. The tool offers limited language support for non-English speakers, and the pricing and billing processes are hard to understand.
