For me the most valuable aspect of this platform is the comprehensive visibility it offers into payroll details, time tracking, absence balances and the team absence calendar, coupled with easy access to payslips and complete historical records, additionally, the recruitment dashboard has been an excellent enhancement that has significantly simplified our processes and I also appreciate that the system integrates easily with third-party services such as Expensify and NetSuite.

The only "con," which isn't really one is that if my hours aren't submitted I simply don't get paid.

I find the Organisation Chart feature to be exceptionally simple and user-friendly and our integration process was managed and communicated to us in a clear and professional manner throughout.

Being able to instantly see my remaining leave balance would make things easier for me, because right now I must rely on the year-end balance, which doesn't always match what I expect.

As an administrator one of the features I appreciated most while using this platform was the ability to monitor precisely how each employee spent their time throughout the day and I also found the workflow for processing time-off requests to be fast and easy which saved me a lot of manual follow-up. When managing adjustments for a large workforce it can become overwhelming if handled by a single person, yet the system allows me to designate different staff members to specific teams so that each team supervisor can manage everything related to their own group, significantly distributing the workload.

Even though the overall application is simple, the scheduling module wasn't easy for me at first and setting individual schedules for each employee took extra time and troubleshooting.

Overall we find the interface simple and easy, since we can schedule and submit requests for our days off, forward those requests with a single action and our manager receives an approval notification. Also when necessary we are able to amend recorded absences making the whole process remarkably simple and convenient.

Cons

Every now and then a correction I submit doesn't work the way it should and the manager never receives the notification but this has only happened once and was likely due to our internal setup. Overall I still feel very satisfied with this absence-management tool.

From my experience the user interface of this tool could be made significantly more simple and user-friendly because I encounter latency quite frequently which disrupts workflow, so I feel the overall user experience would benefit from optimizations and improvements to reduce lag and align interactions.

I have not found any notable cons with this software since it consistently performs the tracking tasks I need and feels like a comprehensive and reliable tool for managing time-related records.
