From my perspective this is an excellent tool that lets an employee view all HR-related activities and payroll in one central website which I appreciate because it keeps records congreatated and accessible. It was easy to navigate and became simple to adopt when using features like the calendar, PTO request functionality and performance report submissions. Also I welcome that it requires me to change my password regularly since I am not someone who habitually updates passwords, the notifications remind me to rotate credentials and protect the sensitive, personal and important information stored here,

Cons

Although navigation is generally simple some features I commonly use require going through multiple steps to find them but after I become accustomed to the process, I am confident it will be a fantastic tool that helps you alot.

I've been able to congreatate every employee's information into one central location while also tracking their progress, assigned tasks and ongoing learning activities.

Cons

In my experience the user interface could benefit from a more polished and visually appealing design although this shortcoming is purely cosmetic and does not affect the underlying functionality.

For me the most valuable aspect of this platform is the comprehensive visibility it offers into payroll details, time tracking, absence balances and the team absence calendar, coupled with easy access to payslips and complete historical records, additionally, the recruitment dashboard has been an excellent enhancement that has significantly simplified our processes and I also appreciate that the system integrates easily with third-party services such as Expensify and NetSuite.

For me this app is the best tool for monitoring my paystubs, logging hours worked, tracking my time-off and handling comp time and I can review the hours I've recorded for the week and submit them so that if anything appears incorrect I can have it corrected immediately on the spot from my phone or computer.

The only "con," which isn't really one is that if my hours aren't submitted I simply don't get paid.

As an employee I find it very useful that everyone within our organization can access and monitor their payslips and all documents needed for tax purposes.

The app feels tough to me and the strange login process even discourages many of my colleagues from using it.

I find the Organisation Chart feature to be exceptionally simple and user-friendly and our integration process was managed and communicated to us in a clear and professional manner throughout.

Being able to instantly see my remaining leave balance would make things easier for me, because right now I must rely on the year-end balance, which doesn't always match what I expect.

As an administrator one of the features I appreciated most while using this platform was the ability to monitor precisely how each employee spent their time throughout the day and I also found the workflow for processing time-off requests to be fast and easy which saved me a lot of manual follow-up. When managing adjustments for a large workforce it can become overwhelming if handled by a single person, yet the system allows me to designate different staff members to specific teams so that each team supervisor can manage everything related to their own group, significantly distributing the workload.

Even though the overall application is simple, the scheduling module wasn't easy for me at first and setting individual schedules for each employee took extra time and troubleshooting.

There are many different ways for me to check my accrued time balance but most of that complexity comes from how my employer has configured the system.

Overall we find the interface simple and easy, since we can schedule and submit requests for our days off, forward those requests with a single action and our manager receives an approval notification. Also when necessary we are able to amend recorded absences making the whole process remarkably simple and convenient.

Cons

Every now and then a correction I submit doesn't work the way it should and the manager never receives the notification but this has only happened once and was likely due to our internal setup. Overall I still feel very satisfied with this absence-management tool.

From my experience the user interface of this tool could be made significantly more simple and user-friendly because I encounter latency quite frequently which disrupts workflow, so I feel the overall user experience would benefit from optimizations and improvements to reduce lag and align interactions.

I find this tool to be an outstanding solution for monitoring vacation time, sick leave and holidays, because it allows me to submit my hours for approval while managers can either approve or disapprove submitted time with explanatory comments and it reliably records and aggregates hours for the entire year, calculated on an hourly basis, the platform also handles compensation tracking, performance reviews and numerous additional HR functions.

I have not found any notable cons with this software since it consistently performs the tracking tasks I need and feels like a comprehensive and reliable tool for managing time-related records.
