“simple time and absence tracking

For managing my team's time entries and absences this tool has made the process exceptionally easy to handle and now that it has started to send notifications into Microsoft Teams I am able to monitor requests and discrepancies much more efficiently, that alerting mechanism helps me ensure any requested time off or errors on timesheets are addressed quickly and without delay.

Cons

I wish the application offered better integration with Microsoft Outlook as it was sometimes unclear when items required my attention before Teams notifications which slowed down task resolution.

I've found this platform brings together a wide range of helpful tools within a single system from payroll and benefits administration to time tracking and even performance review modules so I can access nearly every part of my job in one place and I value being able to update my personal information or pull up pay stubs without resorting to emailing HR. And the mobile app is useful for quick tasks and the solution works particularly well for larger companies that want everything interconnected.

Cons

The interface can feel less simple often requiring multiple clicks to reach what I need and performance can lag during heavy usage. Meaning I initially needed HR assistance to navigate it effectively.

The layout of the app made moving around easy and simple and its clearly organized categories and nested subcategories guided me directly to the sections I needed without wasted time. Also the icons and terminology are sufficiently clear for me to quickly identify exactly what I'm searching for.

Overall I have no major complaints the two-step verification is a minor hassle but acceptable for the added security it provides.

As an employee I find it easy to search for available positions and to track my potential career progression within the company and I can also easily submit referrals for candidates to be considered for those open roles.

From my perspective the interface could benefit from a modern redesign and additional features like a calendar-style view for team leave would be useful.

For me it's a easy and user-friendly method to record billable hours and to categorize my assignments according to client and job type.

It can be frustrating as an employee when I enter incorrect timesheet information and lock the week as I cannot reopen it myself to make corrections.

There really wasn't much that I disliked. In my experience the application proved to be highly user-friendly and genuinely simple for me to navigate and operate.

Over many years we've relied on this tool very dependably, our teams across the globe use it and it includes some of the strongest HRIS features available while their brisk pace of innovation and the product roadmap they've presented have consistently impressed us.

Over time we've seen the price climb every year and negotiating has been difficult because their sales representatives have not been flexible which makes budget planning frustrating for our team.

Most days I rely on this application primarily to clock in and out and to file my timesheets. I also access its Learning section which hosts company-specific training modules and overall I find the interface and workflows quite simple and easy to navigate.

I would like the ability to rearrange the apps on the mobile Home Screen so that the features I use most often are immediately accessible because at the moment the fixed layout doesn't reflect my priorities. Aside from that I genuinely have no other complaints.

Being able to view my payroll right inside the app and having a paycheck calculator that I find incredibly useful is fantastic and I genuinely think that calculator is a dope feature !!!

Nothing .. I have no complaints whatsoever I truly love this app and to be honest I believe everyone should use it.

I appreciate the aligned time tracking which makes entering hours easy and I can quickly retrieve my pay slips when I need them.

Unfortunately I can't clock in or out using my phone and I'm unsure whether this limitation stems from the app itself or from settings specific to my employer. And the PTO request flow feels tough and can be difficult to navigate when you're a new user.

Comprehensive suite of features this Payroll & Workforce Management solution provides and I've found it easy for our entire staff to use so far which has reduced onboarding friction. But it does come across as somewhat costly being pricier than several other alternatives I evaluated prior to making the final purchase decision yet despite the higher price tag my overall experience with the product has been positive up to this point.

Haven't found any drawbacks so far and there are no cons that I can report based on our current usage.

For my needs customizing the platform to suit specific requirements meant I had to build out the whole system even when I did not plan to use every single aspect of a feature.

When I attempt to generate reports I encounter several frustrations because the reporting search is awkward and unless I already know the exact report title locating the proper one becomes quite difficult.

My workflow is hindered because I must certify my hours by selecting "Agree," a process that is time-consuming and prevents me from proceeding smoothly.

From my perspective this is an excellent tool that lets an employee view all HR-related activities and payroll in one central website which I appreciate because it keeps records congreatated and accessible. It was easy to navigate and became simple to adopt when using features like the calendar, PTO request functionality and performance report submissions. Also I welcome that it requires me to change my password regularly since I am not someone who habitually updates passwords, the notifications remind me to rotate credentials and protect the sensitive, personal and important information stored here,

Cons

Although navigation is generally simple some features I commonly use require going through multiple steps to find them but after I become accustomed to the process, I am confident it will be a fantastic tool that helps you alot.

I've been able to congreatate every employee's information into one central location while also tracking their progress, assigned tasks and ongoing learning activities.

Cons

In my experience the user interface could benefit from a more polished and visually appealing design although this shortcoming is purely cosmetic and does not affect the underlying functionality.
