Pros
The way time-off tracking and payslip handling are organized impressed me, since the options are presented in a clear structure that makes locating features easy, after receiving some direction from my manager I was able to complete my timesheet and submit leave requests without undue difficulty or friction.
Cons
Occasionally I experienced slowdowns or delays when data and the internal site were loading which sometimes interrupted my workflow and required me to wait longer than expected before I could proceed with tasks.

Pros
After they updated layout, the tool still feels highly simple and user-friendly and I value that it links numerous features, such as applying for jobs, managing time off and conducting yearly reviews.
Cons
I'd prefer an easier method to retrieve past actions and information.
