Pros
For managing my team's time entries and absences this tool has made the process exceptionally easy to handle and now that it has started to send notifications into Microsoft Teams I am able to monitor requests and discrepancies much more efficiently, that alerting mechanism helps me ensure any requested time off or errors on timesheets are addressed quickly and without delay.
Cons
I wish the application offered better integration with Microsoft Outlook as it was sometimes unclear when items required my attention before Teams notifications which slowed down task resolution.

I've found this platform brings together a wide range of helpful tools within a single system from payroll and benefits administration to time tracking and even performance review modules so I can access nearly every part of my job in one place and I value being able to update my personal information or pull up pay stubs without resorting to emailing HR. And the mobile app is useful for quick tasks and the solution works particularly well for larger companies that want everything interconnected.
Cons
The interface can feel less simple often requiring multiple clicks to reach what I need and performance can lag during heavy usage. Meaning I initially needed HR assistance to navigate it effectively.
