“Ideal for Teams and Growth
Pros
I really love how this place treats its people. There's something special about the atmosphere here that you just don't find everywhere. They really care about employee satisfaction and that's exactly what we all want. Getting recognized, appreciated and compensated fairly while respecting our personal lives and keeping that work life balance is huge. What really stands out to me is how they focus on logical, technical and personal growth. Their professional approach to learning, embracing new technologies and helping me enhance my skills creates a growth mindset that makes work systems run more smoothly.
Cons
I honestly haven't find anything to complain about yet. Everything seems pretty well organized and the work environment is solid and there's not much room for improvement that I can see.

“Understanding Team Dynamics Better
Pros
It gives our company insight into what employees are thinking and feeling. The survey questions cover all kinds of topics, giving us a well rounded view of employee relations and the health of our organization, so we don't miss any important areas.
Cons
Survey experience feels kind of static. It'd be a lot better if there were more interactive elements to keep people engaged.

“Simple and budget friendly solution
Pros
The insights I get from this are valuable and setting everything up was easier than I thought. Managers can easily understand and act on the data. My team especially loves being able to leave comments and get quick responses from management and it really creates a better feedback loop.
Cons
Personally, I feel like the price point is very high compared to other solutions out there. You really need to commit to using the insights it gives to make the investment worthwhile, otherwise you're just throwing money away. I wish there were more options to export raw data for deeper analysis.

“Complete employee engagement solution
Pros
I like how it makes it easy for everyone to share honest feedback about their work experience. The insights it gives to leadership are really valuable and the training resources help managers address any issues in the company.
Cons
It takes some serious time to master all the features. You really need someone managing it consistently to get the most out of your engagement surveys.

“Excellent for gathering team input
Pros
It's very user friendly tool. When my schedule's crazy and the company needs my input, I can usually wrap it up in under five minutes.
Cons
This tool only works if leadership actually follows through on the insights it provides, which unfortunately, isn't something the platform can force them to do.

“Best software with some limitations
Pros
Managers can jump in and respond to feedback easily which gives them a real understanding of their team's mindset and overall morale.
Cons
Their scoring system can be confusing. When someone wants to give a neutral rating, they naturally pick 5 out of 10, but that actually counts as a detractor since anything from 0-6 is negative. We keep reminding the team but they still forget sometimes which makes me question how reliable our scores really are.

“Strong Team Communication Tool
Pros
The flexibility this tool offers is amazing! I can change questions on the go, track all the incoming data and respond in real time. Getting started was super quick and easy. Everything is polished and going through it to respond to feedback feels intuitive. I really appreciate that it keeps everything anonymous for users.
Cons
You really need to plan this out carefully and it's not something you can just roll out without proper prep. Teams tend to take the feedback too literally when some metrics are meant for the whole organization. Managers need training before using it, otherwise you risk demotivating people instead of helping them which is the opposite of what you want. The navigation works but the UI could use some improvements, as it's not optimized for how people actually browse pages. Some features are there but aren't always in obvious spots or don't look clickable. A hamburger menu for checking would definitely help. This might sound silly but finding the login link on their website is surprisingly hard. Sure, you can bookmark the direct URL but I usually just visit the main site to see if there's anything new. The login is buried in a carousel banner instead of being a proper button like most sites use and it feels like a step backward, honestly.

“My go to solution
Pros
This tool's feeback feature really captures how my team feels right now, instead of relying on outdated info from months ago. I can directly ask questions about specific comments instead of guessing what people meant. It even automatically creates training plans to help improve negative or disengaged team members which saves me from figuring it out myself. The presentations come from real employee input, not just my assumptions about what's going on.
Cons
It'd be better if some questions offered simple yes/no options instead of just scaled responses.

“Awsome softwaree!
Pros
The interface is really interactive and it gives us valuable HR insights. We can aggregate data while keeping employee identities confidential which is so important. There's a secure area for staff to share confidential feedback through comments. I love how it tracks our company's performance over time and benchmarks us against market standards and it really helps put things into perspective. The new Workday integration they launched is awesome and will definitely make our workflow smoother. That integration alone adds a lot of value to our operations.
Cons
Before we got the Workday integration set up, HR had to manually add or remove employees from the system and it was such a nightmare. As someone filling out surveys, I'm always nervous about giving totally honest feedback since I'm never 100% sure if it's really "confidential" like they say. Sure, they mention that ratings and comments are kept private but adding a help section or FAQ to actually explain how they handle and compile the data would make users feel way more comfortable being truthful.
