Pros
From my own experience this is really solid if you are hiring for non-IT stuff, engineering roles and especially light industrial positions. It just works well for that.
Cons
When it comes to IT roles especially for really niche skills I feel like their candidate database could use some work. For core IT positions it just does not seem like they have a very strong pool of candidates to pull from and its pretty limited.

I really like how easy it is to post a job and actually see the responses roll in so I can start chatting with candidates.
Cons
Sometimes I get this feeling they are trying to push me toward paid promotions and it almost seems like responses magically slow down until I do. I could be wrong but that's the vibe I get occasionally.

Pros
It's super user friendly and gets my jobs in front of a ton of people. I can post openings in no time and their smart matching tech does a great job of connecting my roles with people who actually fit.
Cons
the number of applicants I get it great but the downside is that a lot of them are not actually a strong fit for the role I am trying to fill.

Pros
honestly what I like best is just how simple it is to use. I didn't need any training to figure it out. It's got all the features I need for hiring but it never feels cluttered or complicated. It also plays nice with other tools I use which keeps everything running smoothly. And if I ever have a question, their customer support is quick to help out. Because it's so easy to use, I am on it all the time managing my postings and applications.
Cons
What frustrates me is that while it sends a flood of applicants my way so many of them just are not qualified for the job. It makes the initial screening process a real problem and eats up a ton of my time.

it feels like "Phil" (the job alert bot) is always on the lookout for me even when I am not actively searching. I also like being able to tweak my job recommendations all in one spot and the AI help for my resume is always a nice touch when I'm applying.
Cons
I still see a lot of listings missing clear pay ranges, benefits info or hiring timelines. It would also be amazing to have a more detailed dashboard that shows me where I stand with each employer and when I should follow up. That would really help with that "applying into a black hole" feeling.

It actually uses my info to suggest jobs that might be a good fit for me. They send me updates pretty often which is helpful. I also appreciate that I can apply directly through their site for tons of jobs without getting redirected.
Cons
Applying for jobs would be much smoother if you did not have to be constantly redirected. I wish every application could be completed directly on the company's own site.
