“Simple navigation and fantastic support
Pros
Using CASEpeer, I find it really�simple�to navigate. Access is fantastic and after some time it is nearly self-explanatory. I also appreciate their excellent support.
Cons
Cost is my main issue. I feel the pricing is somewhat high for what I use. So I wish they'd offer a more affordable tier for lighter users otherwise, I have no complaints.

“User-friendly and engaging platform
Pros
I am pleasantly surprised at how�user-friendly�and engaging the platform is. it comes loaded with everything I need like task management, notes and trust-account accounting. Navigation is ridiculously�simple�so I can tell what's happening with a case within seconds. The calendar is excellent too as I set reminders and tasks easily which simplifies my workflow and helps with litigation deadlines. Support has been fantastic as well as whenever I have had issues they resolve them promptly every time.
Cons
The only real downside I can think of is the way tasks are managed as there isn't a simple checkbox to mark them complete, so I end up deleting each task one at a time which is tedious. Also while I wouldn't call this the cheapest option out there, in my experience it ranks at the top. I have tried several alternatives and besides a couple I cannot name, none beat it.

“Exceptional service with natural navigation
Pros
it is hard to praise the software without also praising the company behind it. I have never had customer service or client attention like this before. We get update emails every week. I barely get comfortable with one feature when they push out an improved version. The way it ties into our phone system is fantastic and navigating our caseload feels completely�natural. Each case is presented almost like a formal report, so it is�easy�to follow. It keeps us organized and on top of things and we can message clients using opt-in texting that's tied directly to each client's case notes. Honestly this is hands-down the best case management software I have used.
Cons
I can only point to one downside which is the volume of information you have to enter. That isn't truly a flaw as it is just fairly time-consuming. Because so much data goes in, the system can essentially read itself and pull out details for templates, organize notes and populate providers and defense insurers, along with counsel and judges which ultimately makes the workflow smarter.

I have found it is constantly evolving and steadily becoming better and more insightful over time.
Cons
At first it took me quite a while to enter all of the information into the program though I am fairly certain that delay cannot really be avoided.

“I never hesitate to recommend it
Pros
I do not hesitate to recommend it to my peers as it has worked really well for our team. It is far from minimal so the longer I use it, the more I uncover useful built-in features that help take care of the repetitive, everyday tasks and make them much easier.
Cons
It would be great if I could export an entire file or client with a single button press. From what I understand, they're already working on that capability and I was told the feature will roll out in a future update.

“Natural navigation and receptive developers
Pros
The software looks great and I find navigating the site very�natural. It reliably records all of the critical data points which matters to our firm because we rely on precise information. The developers remain receptive to suggestions and improvements, so I have seen the program continually evolve and become more capable over time.
Cons
Some useful features are still under development, for example more options that would let me have greater control over the trust account. Other than that, I find the software runs really well.

“Effortless move to user-friendly intake
Pros
Making the move to IntakeQ felt completely effortless! The initial setup was clear and I got things up and running immediately without any puzzlement or extra onboarding. Everything on the site seems very�user-friendly whether I am building forms or organizing client records. It has simplified our intake routine and saved us a tremendous amount of time that used to be tied up in paperwork. Also I am really impressed with how polished and user-friendly it appears to clients too. The changeover went flawlessly and I honestly wish we had switched earlier. IntakeQ has kept our workflow tidy, faster and far less stressful.
Cons
Fine-tuning everything to match our exact processes does require patience. I spent a while customizing intake forms and building a workflow that fits our practice. There is no denying it takes time to shape the system into something tailored to your specific needs but after investing that effort I found the payoff was substantial. It provides a wealth of personalization settings, so I could adjust things until the platform behaved exactly how I wanted. Expect a short learning curve as you poke around the many features, yet the flexibility more than compensates. Once I completed the setup, the whole workflow became consistent, efficient and genuinely supportive of how we work. it is a time investment that proves worthwhile.

“Incredibly useful for general practice
Pros
I have found this to be an incredibly useful tool for GPs. Plus its custom form features let me gather all the patient information a GP requires upfront, cutting out lots of the back-and-forth emails.
Cons
Personally I find the reporting tools somewhat limited. though they handle the essentials but I often feel there's a real need for more in-depth detail and advanced metrics.
