“Incredibly easy to get started
Pros
I have found this product incredibly easy to use, especially given that I had never used case management software before. It made getting started far less intimidating and felt verysimpleto me.
Cons
For me, it would be much better if the app made it easier for me to sort items by category.

“Rich notes and outstanding features
Pros
I really appreciate that the system lets me leave rich, attention-grabbing notes. Being able to indent, bold and add spacing makes entries so simple to scan and crystal clear when I need to find something. Another standout is the ability to search a client's file for any previously entered note. The critical case note tool, treatment tracking, provider history and the option to follow insurance history are all invaluable. Having used a number of other platforms, I genuinely believe nothing comes close to CasePeer. I always tell new hires at my firm that I could be a stellar product ambassador because I absolutely adore every aspect of it. I am obsessed. I actually get excited for the update emails announcing changes and new features that expand what we already depend on. it is an outstanding platform and, in my opinion, there's no better way to run a firm than with CasePeer. Running and reading reports issimple and I can tell at a glance that clients are being managed effectively.
Cons
I do wish CasePeer offered integration with Box or Dropbox so all documents could live on a single page. In a previous role I worked with a comparable setup built on Salesforce but even that couldn't compete with what CasePeer delivers. it is possible that integration was simply not an available choice for us but having that tie-in would make the experience even more seamless.

“Rich features with great customer service
Pros
I have found this tool offers a rich set of features, a user-friendly interface that's simple to navigate, customer service that actually takes user feedback and uses it to improve the product and thorough tutorials that make training new hireseasy.
Cons
I find integrations with third-party platforms can be clunky and awkward to manage which sometimes slows down workflows.

“Simplifies caseload management for solos
Pros
Being a solo practitioner, I find CASEpeer makes managing my caseloadsimple. All my matters are centralized in one spot and I can easily check each case's status without hunting for information.
Cons
I find the cost and fee-tracking sections the hardest to use as they're the areas of the software where I run into the most problems.

“Easy to use with occasional glitches
Pros
I am able to easily use the platform and pull up every client's information in a single system and I appreciate that the software keeps getting better over time.
Cons
Every so often it has glitches for example, it will kick me out of all my open tabs which is annoying, haha.

Pros
For me, the Task Management features bring a real sense of order to my day, making it easy to structure work regardless of which role I am filling.
Cons
Nothing major but I run into minor glitches now and then after updates and I genuinely miss being able to view a full history of completed tasks.

“Best-designed pi program available
Pros
After searching for a long time, I keep coming back to this as the best-designed Personal Injury program I have found. Their implementation support and customer service are top-notch too. As whenever I call, someone knowledgeable answers and actually helps. The interface feelsnaturaland clearly built for PI work.
Cons
I am still waiting on a handful of features that you typically get in more generalized case management software. Updates have been rolling out at a steady pace, so I expect those capabilities to appear sooner rather than later. Until then, the focus on PI-specific design and tools more than compensates for the gaps.

“Secret weapon for pi strategy
Pros
Because it is focused on personal injury, the reporting and niche tools let me build strategies like comparing our firms demands out, offers out and pending settlements to help with monthly projections and let us be PROACTIVE instead of reactive. My team can now spot case problems early and fix them before they spiral into bigger issues. Client communication is no longer a mystery thanks to the platform's per-employee client communication reports. That way I can quickly identify which clients aren't receiving proper attention and take care of it within minutes rather than after a complaint. The lien negotiation reports that compare specific adjusters, their typical reductions and prior cases they've handled are invaluable when it comes to negotiating liens efficiently. My staff saves hours every day compared with the many other CRMs we've tried. I picked up the platform in under a week versus the months we wasted learning others. No glitches, no crashes, it is basically our secret weapon.
Cons
Would love to navigate the firm's tasks quickly. I am waiting for a mobile app to use it easily from my phone and expect the feature to arrive soon.

“Designed for instant pi efficiency
Pros
Designed specifically for personal injury attorneys and law firms, the CASEpeer platform let me get up and running almost instantly when I began using it. My efficiency and bottom line have room to soar thanks to anaturalinterface paired with powerful document automation and if I fully leverage its capabilities this program can convert my injury-focused practice into a highly efficient, well-oiled operation.
Cons
I do wish there were a native mobile app for iOS and Android because not having one can be inconvenient but the company has told me they are actively developing a phone app and hope to release it soon.

“Great support and organizational help
Pros
I am really impressed by the customer support. Also the software issimpleto navigate and helps me keep everything organized. Overall it is become a big help for our law firm. I also like being able to text clients and receive documents and photos from them, it is a convenient feature.
Cons
My main complaint is that text messages are sent only to the case's primary contact instead of routing replies back to whoever originally messaged which causes confusion. I would also prefer if the settlement tab were arranged differently because its current layout does not match how I work and could be improved.

“Packed features, awkward scheduling
Pros
Really appreciate being able to reach it from any computer, iPad, or smartphone. The platform is packed with features, letting me record lots of information on every case. I also value being able to assign a category tag to each note which makes it easier to find things later. Attaching emails straight to a case is extremely useful. I am also excited about linking text messages the same way, though that particular capability still needs improvement and some refinement overall.
Cons
I am still getting the hang of this software but up to now I find it somewhat awkward for scheduling regular check-ins with clients. I'd also like to be able to tweak the intake section more, because several questions we typically ask either aren't included in the forms or only show up after the case has been opened for example, the report number. Generally speaking, many data fields are hidden inside the forms instead of being quick to enter. I end up clicking to open a new box, then drilling into sub-sections to add dates which eats up time. For certain items I'd appreciate a 'select all' option tasks, notes, etc.. Having more fields visible on the main screen would save time daily.

“Nearly everything i need provided
Pros
It provides nearly everything I need from monitoring medical treatments and inserting calendars to handling settlement negotiations and more. I also like that the CASEpeer team keeps rolling out new features on a regular basis. Whenever I have a question they're typically reachable immediately with no wait on hold which I value.
Cons
The contact directory still feels like it is being developed and because the platform runs in a browser it can occasionally be sluggish. That said, it appears they recognize these shortcomings and are actively working on fixes and improvements, so I am hopeful those areas will get better soon.

“Thorough for pi stages
Pros
With this software, I find it thoroughly covers the specifics and phases of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through the pre-trial stage.
Cons
However I found that adding some companies, doctors and similar entries is notsimple. I have to create them separately before they show up as selectable options within each client's file.

“Easy to pick up and operate
Pros
I have found iteasyto pick up and simple to operate. There are virtually endless options for creating reports and keeping track of client details.
Cons
A dedicated app for my smartphone is missing and I would have expected a cloud-based platform to be fully optimized for mobile access. but unfortunately, in my experience, this program does not perform well on mobile devices.

“Cloud-based with outstanding support
Pros
I appreciate that we don't need separate licenses for each user since the platform is cloud-based and accessible online. I have received outstanding support from customer service and the Help Center genuinely helps. it issimpleto use and I can quickly train my staff to use it as well.
Cons
Template creation works well, though I think it has room to be refined. Aside from that, I honestly don't find many other drawbacks.

“Centralizes all case information
Pros
For our firm, Casepeer centralizes all case information in a single interface, so we don't waste time bouncing between multiple tools and platforms trying to find what we need.
Cons
I sometimes find learning new features of the software to be a bit overwhelming and heavy-going but the support and help resources within Casepeer really soften that learning curve and make it much easier to get up to speed.
