ContractSafe is simple to navigate and offers a strong array of features alongside outstanding customer support. Its interface requires minimal training to begin. There are multiple support options available including live chat and detailed online resources. The automated reminder feature is essential for our company as it supports our Customer Success team each month.

Cons

The Search option comes to mind. Searching for a contract using its Unique ID is challenging. Pasting the Unique ID yields no results unless I opt for advanced search.

The platform provides all the functionality we require at a competitive price. It appears to be consistently improving and the customer service team actively seeks input on features I would like to see. While it may lack some advanced features found in much more expensive platforms, I do not find those features necessary or worth the price difference. This platform has been very effective for us up to this point.

It would be beneficial if drag and drop functionality were available for adding contracts. Additionally, while there are customization options for views, having a way to automatically associate specific views with different folders would be helpful.

Learning to use the platform has been very easy the support team and resources make navigation simple. There are many smart features that assist in managing all relevant dates. I particularly liked the administrative permissions that grant conditional access to others. The search feature ranks among the best I have encountered in any tech tool. Uploading and downloading documents is quick and easy. This tool is essential for anyone handling contracts or legal documents.

I would prefer the option to lock contracts once they are uploaded rather than needing to create a password for each document beforehand.

This software is very easy to use, whether adding new users or uploading contracts. If any issues arise or questions come up the chat feature is fantastic. A tech support representative typically responds within minutes and always has a solution.

I appreciate the ability to link additional documents to our contracts. The feature for tracking expiration dates and sending reminder emails is also invaluable. The pricing and onboarding resources significantly influenced my decision to purchase ContractSafe. It is very straightforward to configure and use. We are starting with our IT contracts but plan to expand to other areas in a few months.

The user experience is commendable. Setting up and customizing ContractSafe was easy, even for legal professionals. The support from the team was exceptional. We were able to configure approvals, forms, intake processes, signatures and reports with ease. ContractSafe is a powerful CLM solution that supports key integrations at a fraction of the cost of other vendors. It is both simple and highly effective. We have been very satisfied so far.

As a ready-to-use solution we had to adapt to ContractSafe rather than the other way around. Additionally, the folder and view system is somewhat unconventional. I would suggest features like user groups, more direct eSignature integration and Box integration.

This tool meets all my needs and more! Contract management is just one of my responsibilities and we outgrew my Excel spreadsheet a long time ago. A product that is easy to use, shareable, and capable of reminding me when contracts are due is essential.
