“Best for pulling up documents

Pros

The best part for me is how filters can pull up every document you need when building organized lists. The clean, simple interface is another major strength and sharing files with my agency colleagues is incredibly simple.

Cons

I genuinely cannot find any real flaws with this product. My only very minor wish is for a bit more personal contact but since it is an online platform, I am perfectly happy and just wanted to say how much I enjoy using it.

A few key things made us choose ContractSafe over the competition. The main one was how simple it is to use and set up, followed closely by the affordable price. Our contacts on the support team have also been fantastic.

Cons

We have not faced any downsides while using it. Once in a great while, the program might freeze during an agreement update but a quick click of the refresh button always gets it working again.

This is a small detail but I'd prefer if the system linked amendments to their main contract with a clearer parent/child relationship.

ContractSafe tools for tracking important dates and generating reports are excellent and I love how well-organized and adaptable the system is. The new AI feature is impressive and already proving useful. Plus I am looking forward to its continued development. The support team is top-notch too and the product offers great value for the price.

The platform can sometimes run a little slow particularly when handling big files or doing several searches at once. It is also tough to compare two contracts side-by-side directly in the system which makes reviewing different versions a bit more of a manual process.

After evaluating many platforms, ContractSafe was the obvious choice for its simplicity and cost. The customer service is priceless and the regular webinars are a great resource for our team.

Every platform has its strengths and weaknesses but when we weighed them, its advantages were significantly more compelling than its drawbacks.

On rare occasions, a document might look blurry after resizing it but switching over to the full-document view normally clears it right up. And this does not happen often.

It keeps all our corporate agreements in a single, centralized location. Managing documents is also very simple, with multiple ways to tag and categorize them. Plus the feature that tracks contract end dates is particularly helpful for planning renewals and ensuring our business operations continue without interruption.

In my experience, I have found all the necessary tools to upload and monitor my contracts without any trouble. Plus making edits later on is also a simple, low-effort process. So right now I do not have any ideas for improvement as you are doing a great job!

It has completely transformed our company's filing from a simple PDF repository into a powerful management system. We now store everything from vendor contracts and utility bills to vehicle registrations and property insurance details. Plus I love that we can create custom views for each category to capture specific data. Finding and reviewing any agreement is now quick and easy too. And our customer success manager has been incredible too helping us build reports, learn the platform and far exceed our goals.

The AI feature still needs a bit more development. I have been testing its limits by storing utility bills and it does not capture all the data points from invoices that it does from standard contracts.

It is very easy to use and provides a solid platform for monitoring critical contract dates. Also the customization options are a huge plus for quickly sharing key agreement details.

At times the search function feels a bit clunky and also the AI is not quite where it needs to be yet. Plus an integration with Adobe Sign would also be a welcome addition.

After only a few weeks of full use, we are already seeing advantages. We have replaced cumbersome Excel spreadsheets for contract tracking and the built-in document signing has made our processes much more efficient.

We have not run into any issues so far. The system is very adaptable and with our success managers help, any questions we have had were quickly answered with solutions that fit our business needs perfectly.

The best things about this tool are the team behind it and the software itself, it is pretty simple to set up, navigate and learn.

My least favorite part is having to upload and tag every agreement upfront, though that's a requirement with any similar software. The good thing is that it provides tools to make that process easier.

ContractSafe platform is very user friendly. I also really value the role-based permissions that let us control who can see, edit or manage agreements, which helps with compliance and reduces risk. The automatic alerts for important dates like renewals and expirations are also great for preventing expensive mistakes.

Cons

A significant limitation is the rigid approval and e-signature workflow. The system makes you set up the signing step before the approvals which is not efficient. We would prefer to configure both at the same time. Right now reminder emails can go to the signer before their superiors have even approved the document which is confusing and ineffective. I mean it would work much better if the signature request was automatically sent only after everyone had given their approval.

Uploading contracts is a simple process and I like that most of the key terms can be filled in automatically. The freedom to name files whatever we want is also a very handy feature.

The most annoying thing for me is occasionally having to upload a contract again. It is not a hard task but it just feels like a waste of time.

I had some trouble figuring out how to use the tagging system but after a quick meeting where my account manager walked me through it, I got everything set up just the way I needed.

It is highly efficient. I can add and sort contracts right after I finish reviewing them. With our old system, the upload process was so slow I had to save everything and block off a whole day just for that task. Now I get time back in my day to focus on other important work.

Cons

The one challenge I have found is that attached documents do not sort by date automatically. This is fine with a handful of files but when you have a year's worth of purchase orders and emails in a folder, it gets messy. Plus to find the latest correspondence easily, I have to manually add a number to each file before uploading it.

The clean interface and powerful search tool have made organizing, finding and retrieving our files so much simpler. Setting up automated reminders for critical contract dates and signings means we never miss a deadline which is vital for handling many clients and complicated agreements. It also keeps our client data safe by limiting who can access, download or print documents and it lets me handle administrative work from anywhere.

Cons

The AI features feel a bit outdated and do not match current standards. Plus more frequent updates would really help improve them. I also wish the user roles were more flexible, allowing team members who cannot edit documents to still run their own custom reports which would help other departments be more self-sufficient.

The automated reminder feature is essential for our company as it supports our Customer Success team each month.

The Search option comes to mind. Searching for a contract using its Unique ID is challenging. Pasting the Unique ID yields no results unless I opt for advanced search.

It would be beneficial if drag and drop functionality were available for adding contracts. Additionally, while there are customization options for views, having a way to automatically associate specific views with different folders would be helpful.

We were able to configure approvals, forms, intake processes, signatures and reports with ease. ContractSafe is a powerful CLM solution that supports key integrations at a fraction of the cost of other vendors. It is both simple and highly effective. We have been very satisfied so far.

As a ready-to-use solution we had to adapt to ContractSafe rather than the other way around. Additionally, the folder and view system is somewhat unconventional. I would suggest features like user groups, more direct eSignature integration and Box integration.

What appeals to me most about this system is the easy design for each user. In addition to providing a logical contract storage system, it is easy for me as an admin to control access for any user. Tracking key dates and contract terms and sending customizable reminders to selected individuals is effortless. Furthermore, it offers features for sending contracts for signatures and unlimited storage for related documents like redlines. Other systems I evaluated were either overly complex or did not meet our needs as effectively. Ultimately it has everything we want and a bit more in a system that feels very accessible.

Like any software it has its imperfections. The AI assistant has limitations and there is a learning curve for effective use. What frustrates me most is the contract list, likely related to the learning process as well. The system functions as intended, though not always as hoped but the ContractSafe team appears responsive to feedback for future enhancements and helps navigate issues within the current framework.

The company is engaged and values user feedback, actively seeking to improve their product. They are receptive to customer suggestions for updates and respond quickly to issues, yielding positive results for everyone involved.

Cons

Some aspects of the software could improve. While the software itself is generally effective, there are features seen in other Document Management programs that are either unavailable in ContractSafe or not fully developed. Incorporating "IF - THEN" statements could be advantageous, though not essential. Summary page coding is limited to specific formats. For companies managing a larger volume of contracts, there are some challenges that smaller companies might not face. It would be helpful if the User Access Settings included more detailed information beyond just email addresses, such as users' names, access grant dates, and regional identifiers for easier bulk actions.
