Pros
The best part for me is how filters can pull up every document you need when building organized lists. The clean, simple interface is another major strength and sharing files with my agency colleagues is incredibly simple.
Cons
I genuinely cannot find any real flaws with this product. My only very minor wish is for a bit more personal contact but since it is an online platform, I am perfectly happy and just wanted to say how much I enjoy using it.

Pros
A few key things made us choose ContractSafe over the competition. The main one was how simple it is to use and set up, followed closely by the affordable price. Our contacts on the support team have also been fantastic.
Cons
We have not faced any downsides while using it. Once in a great while, the program might freeze during an agreement update but a quick click of the refresh button always gets it working again.

The platform is very user friendly and easy to find our way around. Setting up custom forms is also a simple process without any confusing, complicated steps.
Cons

Pros
ContractSafe tools for tracking important dates and generating reports are excellent and I love how well-organized and adaptable the system is. The new AI feature is impressive and already proving useful. Plus I am looking forward to its continued development. The support team is top-notch too and the product offers great value for the price.
Cons
The platform can sometimes run a little slow particularly when handling big files or doing several searches at once. It is also tough to compare two contracts side-by-side directly in the system which makes reviewing different versions a bit more of a manual process.

It keeps all our corporate agreements in a single, centralized location. Managing documents is also very simple, with multiple ways to tag and categorize them. Plus the feature that tracks contract end dates is particularly helpful for planning renewals and ensuring our business operations continue without interruption.
Cons
In my experience, I have found all the necessary tools to upload and monitor my contracts without any trouble. Plus making edits later on is also a simple, low-effort process. So right now I do not have any ideas for improvement as you are doing a great job!

It has completely transformed our company's filing from a simple PDF repository into a powerful management system. We now store everything from vendor contracts and utility bills to vehicle registrations and property insurance details. Plus I love that we can create custom views for each category to capture specific data. Finding and reviewing any agreement is now quick and easy too. And our customer success manager has been incredible too helping us build reports, learn the platform and far exceed our goals.
Cons
The AI feature still needs a bit more development. I have been testing its limits by storing utility bills and it does not capture all the data points from invoices that it does from standard contracts.

It is very easy to use and provides a solid platform for monitoring critical contract dates. Also the customization options are a huge plus for quickly sharing key agreement details.
Cons
At times the search function feels a bit clunky and also the AI is not quite where it needs to be yet. Plus an integration with Adobe Sign would also be a welcome addition.

ContractSafe platform is very user friendly. I also really value the role-based permissions that let us control who can see, edit or manage agreements, which helps with compliance and reduces risk. The automatic alerts for important dates like renewals and expirations are also great for preventing expensive mistakes.
Cons
A significant limitation is the rigid approval and e-signature workflow. The system makes you set up the signing step before the approvals which is not efficient. We would prefer to configure both at the same time. Right now reminder emails can go to the signer before their superiors have even approved the document which is confusing and ineffective. I mean it would work much better if the signature request was automatically sent only after everyone had given their approval.

Cons

It is highly efficient. I can add and sort contracts right after I finish reviewing them. With our old system, the upload process was so slow I had to save everything and block off a whole day just for that task. Now I get time back in my day to focus on other important work.
Cons
The one challenge I have found is that attached documents do not sort by date automatically. This is fine with a handful of files but when you have a year's worth of purchase orders and emails in a folder, it gets messy. Plus to find the latest correspondence easily, I have to manually add a number to each file before uploading it.

The clean interface and powerful search tool have made organizing, finding and retrieving our files so much simpler. Setting up automated reminders for critical contract dates and signings means we never miss a deadline which is vital for handling many clients and complicated agreements. It also keeps our client data safe by limiting who can access, download or print documents and it lets me handle administrative work from anywhere.
Cons
The AI features feel a bit outdated and do not match current standards. Plus more frequent updates would really help improve them. I also wish the user roles were more flexible, allowing team members who cannot edit documents to still run their own custom reports which would help other departments be more self-sufficient.
