One thing that really works well with ContractsXpert is the support system and how involved the team stays after the sale. It makes post-sale setup and ongoing enablement much more manageable and most issues get cleared without needing constant follow-ups.
Cons
The pricing feels a bit high and the customization options are fairly limited. On top of that, the cost for change requests can get quite expensive.
