Reliable salesforce integration at scale

Pros

Honestly I'm glad the Salesforce integration works as promised, it doesn't crash when pulling data and handles the hundreds of NDAs we get very well, it saves me a huge amount of time because I don't have to keep chasing people for signatures every ten minutes and it shows who is holding things up without sending five emails which I appreciate.

Cons

finding files is tough for me, the search box is awful, unless you use quotation marks it behaves like it can't find anything. They keep rearranging the interface and shuffling buttons and after finally getting used to it I grew tired of the constant changes. Bringing new hires up to speed is tough because nobody wants to sit through the Academy videos. Support is passable but on occasion their responses just circle around until the problem gets fixed eventually.

No more chasing signatures

Pros

For me e-signatures get sent straight to the correct person instead of forcing me to run around the office trying to find someone to sign in person. I also noticed that urgent document alerts actually land in my inbox now and aren't constantly ending up in the spam folder. Having all of my documents congreatated in a single location means I won't misplace things anymore or have to sort through chaotic stacks of paperwork.

Cons

My experience is that uploading large files is difficultly slow and I often find myself staring at a spinning loading icon on my screen with nothing happening for long stretches. The login screen asks for my password so frequently that it gets extremely annoying to type it in again and again sometimes every ten minutes. Trying to locate an older contract is a real struggle because the search box hardly helps and rarely turns up the document I'm looking for. On the other hand automation removes the cluttered email trail that used to fill my inbox and cause me a headache.

centralized contracts without clutter

Pros

I couldn't believe I managed to link my Google Drive and that the app stayed stable. Although my desk is covered with sticky notes and cold coffee at last all vendor contracts are stored together in one convenient spot right now. When I'm tasked with conducting contract reviews I can pull up older agreements quickly and don't waste time tearing through boxes or wandering around office anymore. Calendar prompts for renewal dates also land in my email inbox and so far I haven't missed a single renewal deadline yet thank goodness. It's suitable for our purposes since it doesn't overload me with dozens of extra confusing buttons I'll never bother to press.

Cons

Sometimes the AI acts clueless and insists a contract ends as soon as it's signed which is ridiculous and makes me correct that mistake manually on a regular basis. I can't drag and drop files to move them so I'm stuck clicking around like mad. Occasionally the site freezes when I've opened too many tabs and it really gives me a headache.
