centralized contracts without clutter

Pros

I couldn't believe I managed to link my Google Drive and that the app stayed stable. Although my desk is covered with sticky notes and cold coffee at last all vendor contracts are stored together in one convenient spot right now. When I'm tasked with conducting contract reviews I can pull up older agreements quickly and don't waste time tearing through boxes or wandering around office anymore. Calendar prompts for renewal dates also land in my email inbox and so far I haven't missed a single renewal deadline yet thank goodness. It's suitable for our purposes since it doesn't overload me with dozens of extra confusing buttons I'll never bother to press.

Cons

Sometimes the AI acts clueless and insists a contract ends as soon as it's signed which is ridiculous and makes me correct that mistake manually on a regular basis. I can't drag and drop files to move them so I'm stuck clicking around like mad. Occasionally the site freezes when I've opened too many tabs and it really gives me a headache.

No more chasing signatures

Pros

For me e-signatures get sent straight to the correct person instead of forcing me to run around the office trying to find someone to sign in person. I also noticed that urgent document alerts actually land in my inbox now and aren't constantly ending up in the spam folder. Having all of my documents congreatated in a single location means I won't misplace things anymore or have to sort through chaotic stacks of paperwork.

Cons

My experience is that uploading large files is difficultly slow and I often find myself staring at a spinning loading icon on my screen with nothing happening for long stretches. The login screen asks for my password so frequently that it gets extremely annoying to type it in again and again sometimes every ten minutes. Trying to locate an older contract is a real struggle because the search box hardly helps and rarely turns up the document I'm looking for. On the other hand automation removes the cluttered email trail that used to fill my inbox and cause me a headache.

Reliable salesforce integration at scale

Pros

Honestly I'm glad the Salesforce integration works as promised, it doesn't crash when pulling data and handles the hundreds of NDAs we get very well, it saves me a huge amount of time because I don't have to keep chasing people for signatures every ten minutes and it shows who is holding things up without sending five emails which I appreciate.

Cons

finding files is tough for me, the search box is awful, unless you use quotation marks it behaves like it can't find anything. They keep rearranging the interface and shuffling buttons and after finally getting used to it I grew tired of the constant changes. Bringing new hires up to speed is tough because nobody wants to sit through the Academy videos. Support is passable but on occasion their responses just circle around until the problem gets fixed eventually.

smooth electronic signing everywhere

Pros

electronic signing has been reliable and clients have been returning signatures promptly which has been a huge relief since I hated having to send them reminders. I was worried the mobile app might crash while I was at the doctor's office last week but it ran smoothly. All versions of documents are organized correctly now so I don't need to search through multiple email chains to find the right PDF any longer now.

Cons

document upload is slow particularly for larger files. Building workflows was a nightmare and consumed far more time than I expected. I'm still not clear on how the workflow logic actually operates. After uploading a Word file, the spacing between words became distorted and the signature lines wouldn't align with the inserted text so the final contract looked like a mess when the client viewed it which made me look unprofessional to the client.

smart tagging with instant alerts

Pros

What I value most is the time I regain due to intelligent tagging combined with the great search features. On top of that, being able to configure automatic alerts has been priceless.

Cons

Not a con but I have one issue: the tool provides rather restricted options for customizing workflow management. It works fine yet it doesn't offer much flexibility.

Unlimited signing with easy uploads

Pros

With my mouse button sticking today, the relief that I don't have to tap something a thousand times to upload an item feels really wonderful. It's basically a mashup of Google Docs and e-signature tools and I was pretty surprised that there wasn't a secret limit on the number of signatures actually included with the unlimited signatures plan.

Cons

I sometimes find that it really mangles the formatting once something is posted. I also noticed there is no built-in spellchecker.

fast search with strong controls

Pros

I appreciate how fast it is and that I can search for specific words inside documents with ease. Additionally, the renewal alerts and the granular access and permissions settings are features I value.

Cons

The data processing is something I don't like, it feels inflexible and needs improvements to make it more adaptable. That's the only negative thing for me.

Daily contract chaos simplified

Pros

Honestly this tool really simplifies my daily contracting tasks, I keep agreements stored there, set reminders and more. It corrals all the chaos so I'm not wasting time hunting for files every hour and the search and tagging features are easy which means I don't worry about where my documents are or having to dig through piles of paperwork.

Cons

okay so...... I ran into some initial hiccups setting it up but after experimenting a bit it ended up working fine. I'd like reporting to be more adaptable, though, there are times when I have to apply filters by hand and the UI could be much better when it comes to editing many records at once.

Ai search with proactive renewals

Pros

What stood out to me was the AI-powered search engine and its clean, simple interface. That combination feels rare compared with other CLMs which often look like they need a whole IT team just to set up. I'm also a fan of the proactive renewal alert system.

Cons

There are quite a few restrictions in the creation module and I'm concerned about its ability to handle the pre-execution phase effectively.

clause search with deadline protection

Pros

I'm a fan of being able to search for specific terms inside documents, including scanned files. Beyond that, it gives our team clear visibility into contracts and I also really appreciate the proactive alerts since they prevent us from overlooking important supplier renewal dates.

Cons

For me the area I find most frustrating is the advanced workflow customization, it's quite complicated and can demand a lot of setup and configuration.

One place for every contract

Pros

I use this platform to keep every contract across our company neatly organized, tracked and managed in a single place. What I appreciate most is how simple it is to upload and categorize agreements, I can tag items, run searches and pull up any document within seconds which saves me a huge amount of time compared with rummaging through shared drives. The automated alerts for key dates like renewals and expirations have been a lifesaver when I'm juggling multiple client contracts simultaneously.

Cons

While I generally like the product the reporting tools sometimes feel a bit limited and I would really prefer more flexibility to build dashboards directly in the app instead of having to export data into Excel to get the views I want. There are occasions when bulk uploads of files or mass metadata edits take longer than I expect which prevents me from moving quickly during peak workload periods. Also, even though the interface looks clean, it still takes a new person several minutes to understand how folder permissions and document tagging are supposed to work properly.

AI-powered clause discovery at scale

Pros

With the AI search and OCR features, I could pinpoint particular clauses across hundreds of documents in seconds. I was really satisfied having granular tags and automated alerts that warned me as deadlines and renewal dates approached.

Cons

Occasionally when I bulk-upload high-contrast batches, the process freezes and I have to do extra work to retry or preserve files. Downloading or exporting documents out feels clumsy since I still have to click through many nested folders to get what I need.

Affordable tool with strong support

Pros

perfectly affordable this tool and I found it easy to pick up, plus their customer support responds quickly whenever I need help building custom contract workflows. There's cloud storage for all my contract files and a strong search field that pulls up contracts when I type in any keyword I want to look for.

Cons

The AI features still feel underdeveloped to me, at the moment there are only a couple of simple functions like auto-tagging of documents and a basic document sorter available for use.

complete contract lifecycle control

Pros

I have a comprehensive, full-featured tool that lets me manage every part of a contract, from drafting agreements and overseeing the entire contract lifecycle to handling document signing. It also sends renewal-date notifications that warn me well before a contract reaches its deadline, helping prevent contracts from expiring or lapsing. Finding a contract stored in cloud storage is simple thanks to a search box with precise filters that consistently help me locate the exact document I want to open and review. Additionally, great security options let me restrict who can see or edit files by assigning user roles or protecting individual documents with passwords which has greatly improved information security and confidentiality for my team.

Cons

Occasionally I run into minor problems with the automated contract workflows: they fail to send a contract to the intended party. When that happens the process stops and I need to forward the contract manually to the correct recipient. It isn't common, this tends to happen only when many parties are involved in negotiations and the routing logic becomes more complex.

Affordable automation for fast deals

Pros

For me this tool is incredibly affordable for software in the contract and document management space and it genuinely simplifies every step involved. I also found it to be powerful enough for businesses without legal teams because it automates the whole workflow from contract drafting through to closing the deal. It's very easy to use, I was able to cover all of its features in about an hour of training and then immediately start drafting contracts and sending them to clients for e-signature to seal the agreement.

Cons

One downside I ran into is that you have to pay extra for some add-ons, such as the e-signature feature.

enjoyable contract storage and onboarding

Pros

Great tool.... I really enjoy how simple and enjoyable the platform is for handling documents and contracts. There's a huge amount of storage so we've never run into issues with running out of room when saving our contract files to the cloud. The onboarding demo is great too, it teaches users how to use the platform effectively so you don't waste a lot of time poking around to find tools and features.

Cons

Personally I wish the platform had AI capabilities right now. AI would accelerate routine tasks and could automatically build workflows that trigger on specific actions, saving a lot of manual effort. I'm hopeful the developers will add AI features down the road so we can automate more of our processes.

effortless contract tracking for admins

Pros

I can easily manage storage and quickly locate both older and newly created contracts thanks to the search tools. Managing contacts, particularly when overseeing contract lifecycles, is very simple, I can keep an eye on contract status and expiration dates and get everything ready for a renewal before a contract ends. For someone handling admin tasks, this tool feels like a blessing.

Cons

We ran into issues with the digital signature feature where it wouldn't let our client apply their stamp or sign electronically so they had to sign on paper. Fortunately, the support team stepped in and resolved the problem and since then we haven't experienced those signature problems anymore.

secure folders with digital signing

Pros

The way folders are organized is excellent, it makes creating folders easy, lets me assign document permissions to particular users and layers on security so only people with credentials can open and view contract files. I'm also a big fan of the digital signing feature because it lets me collect client signatures online securely which overall saves me the hassle and time of printing contracts and sending them out for physical signatures.

Cons

I find working with PDF documents less than ideal and have run into plenty of problems when using them. I ended up relying on third-party tools just to open the PDFs and to handle other contract management and signing tasks which added extra steps and inconvenience to my workflow.

flexible signature workflows with support

Pros

I'm a fan of the signing/signature workflow here and I appreciate that I can swap recipients if there's an update to who needs to sign. On top of that, I really enjoy the weekly Ask Me Anything sessions.

Cons

Unfortunately the tool won't let a signed document be sent a second time and I find that limiting.
