Strong onboarding and consistent follow-up, the team behind this tool answers my questions promptly and checks back to make sure we're doing well. I appreciate the several on-demand training choices with easy access that have helped me expand my platform knowledge and understanding. Their Product Development team also solicits user feedback and suggestions to improve working in the platform.

We've resolved the majority of issues and I'm very pleased with the platform.

For me this tool is really simple to set up and the features are easy to use. It doesn't pack every fancy feature other vendors advertise (and hardly anyone uses) but if I want something basic and budget-friendly, I doubt there's a better option than this tool.

Searching can sometimes require switching into report mode and I find it interrupts workflow instead of letting me stay on the main screen.

Unlike other vendors, it avoids loading unnecessary bells and whistles and sticks to what matters most for our team: secure, easy-to-manage contract storage. We can track each agreement's lifecycle and it's genuinely transformed how we handle the thousands of contracts we oversee.

AI functionality exists but I find it underwhelming for now and not yet at a practical level.

As the administrator I can make quick adjustments to our tags and templates on the fly which is essential for our workflows. The interface feels easy and simple to use and I find the reporting tools both extremely powerful and simple to operate.

Cons

Bulk-archiving expired contracts would be very helpful and I find manually updating each folder one by one slows down efficiency.

this product is extremely user-friendly and simple to teach others. When I had to take medical leave recently, I trained two colleagues on some of the more unusual tasks I handle in the program in about an hour. Team members who only need to check document status, download files, or upload items will discover those actions are very easy. The storage offering is an excellent value and as we tag more data our reports noticeably improve. On top of that, support has been excellent. We ran major projects that required sending hundreds of documents for signature through CW on a tight schedule and support was very responsive to us throughout that period.

Cons

AI capabilities are somewhat limited and I find features like text search within documents and touch-screen UI adaptation need improvement.

One of the things I appreciate is the search capability, being able to type a document name and apply advanced filters. I also like that I can tailor repository reports using the document tags we've implemented and the alerts/notifications keep me on top of changes. The help tutorials and customer service have been useful when I need guidance and the AI feature is a promising addition.

Cons

signature function isn't CRF Part 11 compliant and I find that restricts its use in regulated workflows.

how user-friendly and easy this app feels is great for me and I particularly appreciate being able to pull up a single term across a whole folder of files which makes quick, on-the-fly contract searches simple.

I'd like search to support Boolean operators and more advanced queries and I find that would make it much more powerful.

We found this application to be easy but powerful, very simple and simple to get up to speed with. After trying out a lot of other options, our team decided CW matched our requirements best and we've been really pleased with it, particularly the document management features and the e-signature capability, since we launched it a few months ago.

Cons

Compared to some pricier alternatives, other vendors offer a much broader range of features, however, we personally found most of those extras unnecessary and irrelevant to what our business actually requires.
