“simple template building and tagging
Pros
This was my very first dive into contract management software so I don't have many other products to judge it by but what I value most is how simple it makes building and tweaking templates and setting tags.
Cons
The wording used for alerts around contract dates can be a bit confusing and I find it could be clearer to match how my brain processes information.

“clear milestone tracking boosts focus
Pros
Monitoring essential contract milestones and KPIs has simplified my daily work routine and allowed me the capacity to focus on other areas of work
Cons
It really bothers me that private notes can't be added when sending a contract for approval and I find having comments visible to all signers less than ideal.

“Reliable e-signatures with flexible organization
Pros
I really like the classic folder layout and the ability to flexibly tag items, run reports and set notifications. The forms and templates have spared our team countless man-hours as well. E-signatures perform very reliably both for internal and external use. I've trained staff across multiple departments and find the platform simple even for non-technical users.
Cons
can't edit documents or circulate redlines directly inside the platform which I find limits workflow efficiency.

“flexible workflows with excellent support
Pros
software is really user-friendly and flexible enough to fit our workflows. My implementation manager and the customer support team were consistently patient, accommodating and easy to reach when we needed help. Using the how-to guides and training videos at the start made setting everything up much smoother for me and my team. Being able to build our own tags and templates makes meeting specific requirements easy. Having notifications and reports forwarded to email addresses also helps me keep our contracts in compliance.
Cons
Moving documents out of the system requires downloading first and I find that slows things down, though I do appreciate that new features, once discovered, prove useful.

setup is easy and I really appreciate that we can tweak templates, tags and user roles.
Cons
Sending multiple templates at once isn't currently possible and I find having that feature would save a lot of time.

Pros
From my experience, the interface is simple and easy to use, I appreciate the tagging and reporting features and the e-signature integration is easy and reliable.
Cons
The lack of a built-in workflow feature is noticeable and I find AI tagging is fairly limited in accuracy and scope.

Pros
product is really easy to use, with an simple interface and wallet-friendly pricing, I can add unlimited users, deploy it quickly, rely on built-in e-sign features and the OCR works excellently.
Cons
Integration with Salesforce is only one-way and I find that restricts feasible collaboration across platforms.

Pros
I really appreciate how simple the interface is and how simple it is to upload files and move them from one folder to another. I also find it extremely easy to customize and tweak reports to match what I need.
Cons
A feature to alert me if a reminder falls on a weekend would be helpful and I find it would prevent off-hours notifications from interrupting my schedule.

“full contract visibility without complexity
Pros
this tool is very affordable and easy to use, concentrating on the core features a small organization actually needs. What pushed us to choose it was the need to have full visibility and control over every contract and the associated risks. The platform includes great risk-management capabilities that let us tag contracts however we like and then pull complex, tailored reports. None of the people in my department are developers, yet we were able to configure and launch the system ourselves without any formal training.
Cons
Honestly I'm not sure there's anything missing for my use and I find the tool meets our core contracting needs.
