The system is user friendly and simple to navigate. Plus the support team is amazing. I have suggested new features a few times and they often add them or show me an existing way to do what I need. In short it does everything it promises and I am very happy with it.

Cons

Getting the hang of it took a little while but I was new to this kind of system. Now that I am used to it so the layout makes sense. Their support team is amazing too and they also have helpful videos that walk you through common issues.

The pricing feels a bit steep for a solo practitioner or a very small firm like mine.
