“Great product but needs flexible pricing

Pros

I must say it is a great product for reaching clients who are not local and cannot visit the office in person. Plus getting three free documents every month is a great deal and gives you a real chance to decide if it's right for you.

Cons

My business only needs people to sign documents during tax season or a few months a year and most of my clients are local. So I asked about pricing and explained I would only need it occasionally but I didn't get a clear answer on whether I could pay just for the months I actually use it.

What stands out to me most is the remarkable ease of use, it's incredibly intuitive right from the start. The editing toolkit is equally impressive, giving you complete creative control to refine and perfect your documents with precision and flexibility.

It would be great if they offered more variety in their templates and overall visual themes.

Uploading a file and sending it for a signature is very simple and easy to figure out.

Turning my existing Word file into a PDF was a simple task and my client, who is not very tech-savvy, commented on how simple it was to add their signature.

SignWell's design is clean and simple. We just upload our file and choose what to add like a signature, a date or text boxes and it gets the job done.

No complaints but I really hope they create a dedicated mobile app soon.

“Perfect for emailing leases to tenants

Pros

My tenants get their leases emailed directly to them to sign online through SignWell. Overall it is a great product that works perfectly for this and it makes the whole process simple and efficient. Once everyone has signed, you can download a copy of the completed lease for your records.

For my specific needs, I honestly cannot think of any downsides.

We can test out all the features on the free plan. The interface is also well-designed and not difficult to navigate.

You cannot set up a reminder for yourself if a contract remains unsigned after a certain time which I did not like.

It is missing a few tools that other services have like live proposal links that we can edit after sending, similar to what DocuPanda offers.

Everything about it is good as sending a contract out was a smooth process for me, with no problems or obstacles.

It is much simpler than other similar services, it is incredibly easy to use, speeds up getting documents signed and helps me keep everything neatly organized.

The free tier has a monthly document limit and it locks more powerful tools behind a paywall. Plus I would also be thrilled to see more connections with other apps.

Making changes to a document after we have already uploaded it is not a very simple process.

Right from the start, the process felt user friendly and easy to understand. I also had a great experience with the chat support when I ran into a small problem. Plus the free tier is a wonderful way to build trust in what the system can do.

I could not replace a document that the recipient had only viewed. My only option was to cancel the entire signing process and start over from scratch with the new file.
