efficient template-driven workflow

Pros

I've relied on BidSketch since 2011 and its modular, template-driven way of building, organizing and sending proposals has saved me days of work over the last nine years. Spending only a few minutes in this tool made it obvious that it applies the same efficiency to every type of document I use, it aligns their creation, lets me experiment with and reuse the pieces of documents that perform best (or make my value clear) and it shaves off huge amounts of time when I produce new paperwork and get signatures from both partners and clients. It's honestly become part of my daily workflow.

Cons

The look of documents made with this tool feels purely utilitarian, they work fine but aren't especially attractive. Even so, I'll stick with 'form follows function' and prefer this tool's very practical, fast method for creating documents rather than nicer-looking files I might make in Pages, choosing practicality over aesthetics in nine out of ten cases.

faster client onboarding

Pros

this tool has completely changed the way I bring clients on board. In the past I would email a PDF and they had to print it, fill in the details, scan it and email it back. That routine was awkward for many people and frequently took them days to finish. These days I send the contract and usually have it signed within minutes. If you think time equals money, this was an obvious buy for me.

Cons

For a while I was annoyed that I couldn't add more than one template at once but I recently learned they've fixed that limitation so I don't have any complaints now.

Trackable, efficient, and user-friendly tool

Pros

Updates and new capabilities are released constantly. It's much more efficient than emailing, signing and scanning paperwork for our clients, our team and for our firm. Customers find it easy and easy to use. One thing I like is being able to track a document and see whether a client has opened it. Reminder emails can be sent in seconds. We also value the audit trail that gets produced when a document is signed. A couple of times I contacted support with questions about how something worked. Chat support responded almost immediately and resolved the issue very quickly.

Cons

I haven't experienced any problems with the service. I wish their support docs included a bit more detail.

simple e-signature tool

Pros

Simple to use and very nimble. I've tried multiple e-signature tools and honestly find Dicsketch the simplest and most easy option to work with. It makes sending repeat contracts like NDAs incredibly quick. After creating a template, just a couple clicks sends it into the signing process. That's exactly what I was looking for every single time!

Cons

I'd love to have more integrations to plug into my workflows. Being able to trigger template automation through an integration would be fantastic. It's a wish I'm sending up to Santa...

easy layout and versatile field options

Pros

I really like the layout, adding fields is easy and it's simple to identify who needs to sign each one, plus there are plenty of field types available for nearly any situation I run into.

Cons

Honestly I'm not a fan of the color palette and I wish I could make edits directly to the uploaded document instead of changing the original file and uploading it again, also the built-in text editor has some quirks.

eliminates printing hassles....

Pros

Before I started using this tool I was emailing contracts and asking clients to print, sign, scan and email them back, it was a total hassle for both the clients and our team. this tool eliminated that friction for us and it even gives our business a more polished, professional image.

Cons

It's obvious that it is still evolving but I believe it has strong potential. I'd really like to see integrations with Zapier, Gmail and similar tools so I can automate repetitive tasks and make the whole signing workflow smoother.

Simple and essential for coaching agreements

Pros

I rely on this tool for my coaching agreements. Over the years I've tried several other e-signature tools but none match how easy it is. It's incredibly simple to use and doesn't overwhelm you with needless bells and whistles, it only includes the essentials to run and expand your business. Simplicity at its finest! (And still very powerful!)

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints especially now that they added branding. Before that feature existed it would have been a nice addition... but it's available now. I'm excited to move up to the Business Plan. Seriously, who wouldn't? Strong branding plays such an important role in any company's success.

quick setup, saves time on signatures

Pros

Setting it up and using it was really simple. It saves me a tonne of time and gets proposals signed quicker than before. My clients were impressed by the aligned document signing and saved time too. No more printing, scanning or emailing, thank goodness.

Cons

Being ultra picky...the UI styling feels a bit lackluster. That said there isn't anything functionally wrong and it's easy to navigate. It's just the picky photographer side of me. I expect the design will mature as the product grows and it's certainly no reason to avoid joining.

easy interface with status alerts

Pros

I've found this tool comes with a easy, easy-to-grasp interface that doesn't overload you with unnecessary features. Because of that I can consistently upload documents to be signed by clients and suppliers without fuss. After I submit a file the platform keeps me informed with status alerts, for example when the recipient opens or signs the document which I find extremely handy for monitoring applications and getting proposal sign-offs.

Cons

At times I find preparing a document for signatures a bit fiddly especially when I have to line up and resize the signature fields precisely. Even so, I haven't found this to be a major problem overall.

fast-evolving app with essential features

Pros

it is fast-evolving app for collecting signatures. It's fairly new on the scene but keeps introducing new features. After relying on a major provider for years and feeling nickeled-and-dimed recently, I appreciate that it delivers the essentials I need to capture customer signatures swiftly and simply at a fair price. Their support is excellent and pays attention to feedback from users.

Cons

Using it on a phone is awkward right now because you can't resize documents. I've heard that's the main complaint from most of my clients. Not a dealbreaker, however since they can still open documents on an iPad or PC.

Professional document presentation

Pros

What I appreciate most is how much more professional our organization looks now. We primarily rely on it for employment letters. Before this, we were sending documents as PDFs but this approach makes the whole process smoother and creates a far better experience for candidates. I also love that I get notifications when someone opens or signs a document, that real-time visibility is super helpful.

Cons

There aren't many things I dislike. One minor annoyance is when I create a new document from a template: if the template name is long it can overlap with the next template which makes it hard to read. It's a small inconvenience. Also, the "Suggest Fields" feature can act a bit weird with tables by sticking the field to the table's horizontal line. I usually just turn the feature off temporarily and place fields manually so this is also a very minor issue.

clean and simple interface

Pros

Using this tool makes getting signatures really simple. Honestly it doesn't overwhelm me with bells and whistles I won't use, instead it provides exactly what I need to secure signatures on contracts and agreements. The interface feels clean, simple and speedy. I'd happily suggest it to anyone who wants easy, no-fuss software for collecting digital signatures. I'm a big fan!

Cons

Branding wasn't an option until very recently so I'm looking forward to upgrading to the business plan to try that feature. For me having consistent branding when requesting digital signatures matters a lot for any company at scale

easy workflows with feature updates

Pros

I've found the interface really easy and the workflows snappy so sending documents is quick and hassle-free. The developer keeps rolling out new features and actually pays attention to user feedback. They also say an API is coming.

Cons

Honestly I can't separate or partition documents so everyone ends up seeing everything. I'd really like a way to sort files into folders or drives that aren't accessible to all users. They offer Google sign-in but you actually have to register with Google to use that option.

quick document signing

Pros

I find this electronic document signing tool simple and simple to operate. It's a pretty easy way for me to get documents signed quickly with clients.

Cons

To me the site's overall design feels pretty basic. I get the impression the visual design was treated as an afterthought in this program.

Template feature saves repeated effort

Pros

I've found the template feature incredibly handy, I rely on it to draft employment contracts, subcontractor agreements and NDAs regularly.

Cons

From my perspective the product is still relatively new so it doesn't yet include some capabilities I've seen in more mature platforms. That said, I appreciate the thoughtful design and user experience and I can see it steadily improving over time.
