“Easy API integration for SaaS

Pros

From my experience the API is very easy to work with. It comes with clear documentation and a easy design made it simple to slot into our SaaS workflow. I was able to add signature generation to our product with minimal engineering time and signature requests reliably reach clients while the signing UI is extremely easy for end users.

Cons

One drawback I ran into is there's no Sandbox environment for testing. Also the API doesn't let me fine-tune branding or layout deeply so when I embed it into a carefully designed product the look and feel can feel a bit out of sync with the rest of the app.

Pros

What I love most is how incredibly easy it is to get started, it's super easy to use and lets both sides sign documents without any hassle.

Cons

I find the free plan's limit of only three documents really restrictive and I'm not willing to pay for the upgrade when there are other services offering more features and flexibility.

My experience is that the product is really easy to use with an simple interface and it makes signing and managing documents simple and highly efficient.

At this point everything has been running smoothly for us and I don't see any missing features for our company needs. But I need more time before I can give a definitive assessment.

we integrated it with HubSpot and it's incredibly convenient and easy to use having every contract centralized in one place means I no longer have to dig through HubSpot to locate the correct information during my workflow.

Cons

this tool genuinely saves time in my day-to-day tasks but that benefit doesn't really apply when we're dealing with older clients who need us to patiently explain exactly where to click.

“Most user-friendly e-signer

Pros

Having used many e-signers before I find this tool to be the most easy option packed with useful features and a really simple interface.

Cons

To be honest I'm hard-pressed to come up with anything negative about it. I rely on it for simple jobs and it handles those tasks flawlessly every time.

“Unlimited documents with simple interface

Pros

Unlimited documents even on the Light plan. The cost per sender is extremely low. The interface is simple and I was able to get started very quickly. It feels like a perfect fit for small businesses, coaches and creators. For a long time I was searching for a purpose-built tool that would give me a fast, consistent and accessible way to send, sign and verify legal paperwork. After trying several options that didn't match my business needs this tool allowed me to save my contract templates and sign them easily and without delay.

Cons

When my priority is low cost combined with unlimited documents and a easy workflow I honestly think it offers the best value. That said if you require heavy-duty PDF editing or strict enterprise governance, other platforms are more appropriate, Adobe Sign is stronger on the enterprise governance and PDF editing front. And if you need the most extensive integrations and highly automated workflows DocuSign is the better choice though it comes with a higher price tag.

“incredibly easy and dependable tool

I've found it incredibly easy to use, dependable and fast. It cuts down the time I spend on paperwork, aligns my workflows and removes the stress of getting documents signed. I regularly recommend it to colleagues and teams. That said, the platform would be even better with deeper integrations, more versatile template choices and improved responsiveness on mobile. Rival services sometimes offer broader automation and stronger analytics which would help SignWell stay more competitive. Egil B., Health, Wellness and Fitness, 2-10 employees, used monthly on a free trial, works like a charm and I gave it a 5 because it is simple and has just the right options.

This software is an excellent value for the price and it's genuinely simple to navigate. It even includes useful tools like the order-sending feature which performed exceptionally well for my team.

Cons

Honestly I can't pinpoint anything I dislike or would single out as the weakest part. Up to this point my experience has been overwhelmingly positive and trouble-free.

Okay so this tool is to be secure and really simple to use. I'll definitely use it again for my next transaction and it's much cheaper than DocuSign.

Cons

For me it has fewer features and customization options than DocuSign which can be a limitation.

“impressive support and easy setup

I've been really impressed by the customer support team it was easy to set up and simple to use. Using this tool has sped up document signing and removed a lot of the usual stress and I would definitely recommend it.

Honestly the customer support was excellent and I found the setup to be quick and very simple. This tool makes sending and keeping tabs on documents feel effortless so I strongly recommend it.

interface is perfect for my team, it's clean and simple to navigate which reminds me a lot of HelloSign and Adobe Sign and signing documents is super easy.

Cons

I don't get any information about how many times recipients open the document or the timestamps for each viewing so I can't track viewing frequency or exact viewing times.

“cutting-edge digital signature tool

Pros

I'm genuinely impressed. This cutting-edge, practically futuristic program for legally binding digital signatures really stands out and I find it very easy to use whenever I need it.

Cons

For me it's an easy, user-friendly program but I do need some technical know-how because there isn't a fast-response support system.

As a creator, document manager and signatory, I found this tool exceptionally easy to use, the learning curve wasn't steep at all and I could send an edited document within minutes.

Cons

I can hardly find any real downsides. There's very little I don't like about it, it gets the job done reliably and for me that's the most important thing.

I really appreciate how easy it is for both my clients and me to complete and sign agreements and I find it to be excellent value for what I pay.

At this point I don't have any complaints about this platform and I'll let you know right away if my experience changes in the future.

“simple navigation and good performance

What I appreciated was how easy the website and app were to navigate and how well the software performed. I also enjoyed getting a free trial to test it and I think the subscription pricing is quite reasonable.

Cons

This isn't necessarily a negative review, just a few adjustments I'd change if possible. These are still minor issues. 1) I'd like the option to cancel a document after I've signed it when the recipient hasn't opened it yet, or to cancel before they sign. 2) The signature field was a little confusing and when I place the box, my signature ends up centered in the box rather than aligned at the bottom.

“super easy and reliable access

Pros

Access is super easy and the interface feels very simple. Honestly there's no way to get mixed up when sending something for signature. Because of that simplicity I rely on this tool to handle every single contract I need signed in my role as an HOA property manager and it has made that process much smoother :)

Cons

I'd like the free tier to offer a few more features. I get that the company needs to encourage upgrades but with so many key capabilities locked away it's hard to really get attached to the product since you can't fully explore it and see whether it fits your workflow. In my opinion a better balance would be to make some basic but meaningful options available while keeping the most advanced tools behind paywalls. Another improvement I'd like is the ability to customize the name that appears when the document is sent and to send a single signed-copy request to a group instead of manually entering every recipient one by one. It's been convenient enough that I haven't needed to reach out to customer support myself, so I can't speak to that experience.

“Transformational digital paperwork tool

Pros

Paperwork often never makes it home or gets taken out of backpacks and parents sometimes forget to send it back. I've found that switching to a tool that lets me send documents digitally has been transformational for getting forms returned quickly and on time. The interface is extremely user-friendly and dead simple to navigate. Within the first few weeks of using it I already had parents' signatures returned. They could open the documents and sign them with no trouble whatsoever. I really appreciate being able to indicate exactly which fields need checking, signatures, or dates. Honestly I wish I had discovered this tool much earlier, it would have saved me so much time and follow-up.

Cons

The only downside for me is the price. It is fairly reasonable overall but because I work in a school district, the district frequently isn't willing or able to cover subscription costs and I don't feel comfortable paying for that out of my own pocket. If I had to pay personally though, it would be my choice without hesitation. Right now I'm making do with the free tier but I'm aware that I have a lot more forms each month that will require signatures and eventually I'll need features only the paid plan can offer.

This tool is incredibly quick and simple to use for my team, it takes the stress out of signing documents, runs smoothly and is very user-friendly.

Cons

A better mobile setup would help. Also I'd appreciate faster loading times and a smoother phone experience or ideally a dedicated app that's truly mobile-friendly.

I'm a fan of how affordable and user-friendly this is plus there's a free tier. I really appreciate that a free plan exists while there are also budget-friendly paid plans available.

Cons

One thing I don't really have many complaints about: the cost is reasonable and I enjoy using the free version. It would however be helpful if there were an option to automatically populate completion fields instead of having to add them manually each time.

“simple drag-and-drop contract signing

Pros

About two weeks ago I tried this tool to help get a contract signed and it made the whole thing really easy. I uploaded the contract and used their drag-and-drop tools to position signature and date fields exactly where they needed to be. Adding the recipient's name and email was quick and clear. When I finished, I hit send and my client received an email right away with a link to sign. After they signed, both of us received copies of the completed contract and Signwell also keeps a copy on file for our records. The process felt simple and saved us time.

Cons

I'd suggest adding a short tutorial video on your site that demonstrates precisely where to drop the signature and date fields since I noticed the date field overlapped with the typed word 'signature' and caused some confusion.
