“Highly advantageous for client signing

Pros

The best part is how simple it makes signing documents for clients and letting them download a copy for their records. Overall it's been a major advantage for us.

Cons

My one small issue is that if a client needs to sign but is collaborating with another vendor, I cannot figure out how to add that third party as an additional signer on the same document.

“Really simple for customizing signatures

Pros

Uploading a file and customizing the signature requirements is really simple. You can add full signatures, initials, text, numbers and even a date that locks to the signing time. Plus the color-coding for different signers makes it easy for us to spot any misplaced fields instantly.

Cons

This might already be a feature I have not discovered but it would be great if you could assign all the required fields to each person, choose the signer, position their section in the document and have all their fields appear in that one spot.

“hassle-free for quick sending

Pros

SignWell platform is simple and hassle-free. I had my first few documents sent out in just a couple of minutes. Plus being able to test everything with the free plan is also a huge plus.

Cons

I had trouble locating the settings to set up automatic email reminders for pending signatures.

It is a brilliant product that is incredibly user-friendly. Like you can start using it effectively right away with no learning period.

Nothing to share as I mentioned, it is very user friendly and easy for anyone to use.

I usually get frustrated with online tools and end up needing help but this one was surprisingly simple for me to figure out on my own.

Its incredibly user friendly and simple to navigate. Uploading my file and setting up the signature fields was also not a problem. Even the tutorial video is also easy to find and was quite useful for any questions. So I would give it a perfect score.

As per me it is the best so I have no problems or ideas for changes. Overall the product is incredibly useful and simple to operate.

It is simple to operate. I often receive locked PDF contracts that other services cannot handle but this one saves my signature on them without any trouble.

This application is much simpler to use than the other platform our entire organization was using. It has a clean, uncluttered look and it took me almost no time to pick a file, get it ready and send it out for a signature.

I expected the date to be automatically recorded with each signature because manually adding a date field for every single one felt a bit tedious.

Using it was very simple. The free plan also has all the core features but you are just limited on how many documents you can sign per month which as per me is still a very fair deal.
