Getting digital signatures online from multiple email addresses is so easy and I really appreciate how simple it makes the process.

Cons

A long-term free tier would be useful for me, the ability to save reusable templates would make it even better.

When I needed an efficient, user-friendly tool to handle rental agreements for my venue, it completely transformed my workflow by letting me finalize contracts much faster and with far less issue than before.

Up to this point I've had nothing but positive experiences whenever I've used the application.

That said I noticed it's not as widely recognized as Docusign and I sometimes face people who hesitate to trust the service because the brand name isn't familiar.

Using this tool is incredibly easy. When I need a client's signature, it shaves off so much time and lets me concentrate on other tasks instead of hanging around for documents to be opened and read, printed off, signed, scanned and emailed back. As someone running everything myself, I'm constantly hunting for admin shortcuts and this tool has proven really useful to me so far in my daily work.

Cons

I haven't discovered any problems so far. As someone new to this platform, it is fulfilling its intended role for me right now and meeting my needs at present.

Pros

Setup didn't take long for me I managed to get a template ready quickly and send it out for signature.

Cons

I'd love the ability to edit templates directly in the app instead of having to upload a new Word document every time.

My main issue is I'm reluctant to subscribe because I only require the digital signature tool for a small number of clients each month and don't want to incur ongoing costs.

this tool fulfilled every requirement and expectation I had. For a while I relied on the trial version to build and send out rental applications and lease contracts for my property. It has simplified checking potential tenants, replying to applicants and keeping all the different forms organized making everything much easier for me. I'm really thankful I discovered this service.

Cons

Only problem for me is that I need it very rarely. Paying for an annual subscription feels excessive since I don't use the tool enough and although the trial and monthly plans suit my usage pattern, every time I cancel my account and later return I have to rebuild all my documents from scratch. Despite that inconvenience and the cost, the excellent quality and ease of use mean I'm willing to put up with it.

At this stage of my business, I get three free signature uses each month and I seldom require more than that.

I find adding signatures and initials a bit awkward and the actual signing process takes one or two extra steps that feel unnecessary.

Over the years, I've tried a bunch of electronic signature services, things like Adobe, DocuSign and echoSign and it stands out because it strips away the unnecessary complexity other platforms pile on. When we had to make a last-minute edit to an agreement for our first big client, I was able to quickly replace the originally sent document with the updated version and get signatures immediately.

So far we haven't run into any issues! It's been an outstanding product for helping a small business like ours get off the ground.

Setting up an account, uploading a template and sending it off is incredibly easy, I've been able to do it in just a few minutes without any issue. The communication from the platform and its team is top-notch and very reliable.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems yet. For now it ticks every box and meets my needs.

I find it incredibly easy to use and I can personalize it easily, it feels secure and I can set the signing order myself.

The only drawback for me is the price. I wish it were more competitive, besides that, nothing else really struck me as problematic.

I can't say I've come across anything I dislike about the tool so far perhaps a useful addition would be a built-in document creation feature in the platform, rather than forcing users to upload their own files.

I've found it incredibly simple to operate when I need a document signed in a hurry. I just upload the file and can easily move or resize signature and date fields which makes the whole process fast and issue-free.

Cons

It would have been great if there were more templates to experiment with so I could see the service's full potential especially since it's from a smaller company that seems to have lower volume.

This is the only e-signature tool I've come across that really fits small and mid-sized businesses. The larger brands tend to be overpriced and packed with unnecessary features.

Cons

When I'm assigning fields, picking recipients from the dropdown can feel sluggish and a bit repetitive though that's similar to other services I've used. I'd prefer a faster, more aligned picker that gives a clearer overview of who's assigned where.

Personally, it's been easy to use, I've found it very handy and I haven't experienced many issues on my end.

I think I just need some time to get used to it's interface and workflow.
