DocStyle has reinvented core document processes by layering automation across functions such as cleanup, restyling, numbering, and contract review. This feature focuses specifically on improving the efficiency and quality of the drafting phase within the overall document lifecycle, ensuring precise and standardized output.
The software combines both the cleanup and formatting processes into one smooth, efficient operation. This feature rapidly analyzes the document to create a clean version, intelligently suggesting appropriate styles and grouping similar paragraphs. The Format Wizard processes the entire document in seconds, significantly saving user time.
This feature performs a detailed document review, identifying and extracting essential data points from the file. Doc Info categorizes the collected information into sections covering statistics, metadata, formatting, and content. Users can then concentrate on the presented data to manage and address each point effectively.
Users can automatically attach comparison files to Outlook mail messages either during the process or independently afterward. This feature provides the flexibility to edit the filenames for each attachment and change the filetype, including the redline, original, and modified versions, ensuring secure and precise communication.
DocStyle Inspect is a fully functional Windows application, separate from the Outlook client, used for the rapid mitigation of data risks. The platform can remove metadata in-place or batch scrub entire folders of files. Through its central admin console, users can conveniently manage all metadata removal settings from a single location.
