I also feel secure knowing both the signer and I are safe sending documents through their service. they also verify the signerwhich is important for me when picking an app like this.

the one thing I don't like is that we can't change the date format. It's always MM/DD/YYwhich works most of the time but as a French company, we sometimes need to send signed documents to the French administration and they don't accept that date format.
