Easy electronic signatures with clear tracking

Pros

Sending, tracking and managing electronic signatures is super easy. The audit trail and status notifications make it clear where the document is in the process.

Cons

the customization options for workflows are limited for my liking. If I want to integrate it with my internal systems, it feels like I might need to do some extra setup.

Major issues led to missed deadlines

Pros

so easy to use. I don't have many positives to share because the negatives were such a big issue that I missed a deadline.

Cons

I actually got blocked from sending contracts once for sending out too many like 10-14 contracts at once. Apparently, that's a red flag for spamming.

Simple and efficient signing

Pros

It's really simple to send contracts and get them signed without endless back-and-forth emails. clients don't have trouble with the interface which saves time and avoids confusion. everything stays organized and accessible once the documents are signed.

Cons

As a solo freelancer, the pricing can be high if I am only using it occasionally. Also, the customization options for templates are not as flexible as I'd like.
