“Easy electronic signatures with clear tracking

Pros

Sending, tracking and managing electronic signatures is super easy. The audit trail and status notifications make it clear where the document is in the process.

Cons

the customization options for workflows are limited for my liking. If I want to integrate it with my internal systems, it feels like I might need to do some extra setup.

“Simple and efficient signing

Pros

It's really simple to send contracts and get them signed without endless back-and-forth emails. clients don't have trouble with the interface which saves time and avoids confusion. everything stays organized and accessible once the documents are signed.

Cons

As a solo freelancer, the pricing can be high if I am only using it occasionally. Also, the customization options for templates are not as flexible as I'd like.

so easy to use. I don't have many positives to share because the negatives were such a big issue that I missed a deadline.

Cons

I actually got blocked from sending contracts once for sending out too many like 10-14 contracts at once. Apparently, that's a red flag for spamming.

The rate is low especially if you just need a signing service without integrating with a bunch of other tools. the system is simple to learn and use.

Cons

Its missing some customization options like adding branding and sometimes the interface can be buggy. Managing workflows can get a little annoying too.

security features are flexible with encryption and two-factor authentication which really put my mind at ease especially with all the digital security threats out there.

Cons

biggest downside for me like with a lot of other tools, is the cost. If you are doing a high volume of signing, it might not feel like the best value.

“good app but not accepted by lenders

Pros

app was simple to use and did exactly what I needed. It let me send out the Privacy Consent to both single and multiple directors without any issues.

Cons

It was not accepted by a lot of lenders and I had a pretty bad experience with the service. Plus, it felt pretty pricey for what it offers.

i love how it automatically saves documents after I sign them. It has a secure document vault to keep things safe before and after signing. The file-sharing function makes it easy to share documents and the interface is fast and user-friendly making signing documents simple and stress-free.

honestly it never disappointed me. It's so easy to use and there's really nothing about it that I don't like.

One downside is that the free plan does not offer much..it only lets you request a few signatures per month which is not enough for heavier use.

Simplicity of this product makes it incredibly easy to use even for those who are not familiar with it. personally, I've found that the simple design creates a smooth experience for anyone.

I don't have any major dislikes at the moment... it does the job just fine. If I had to pick something, I'd suggest adding a short tutorial video for each integration. It would make setup even smoother.

Interactive interface is what caught my attention. going through and signing documents is very easy. it also has excellent security features to keep everything safe. I love how I can send signature requests to multiple people with just one click. The document tracking feature is also great for ensuring everything gets signed.

i have been using it for a while now and I really can't think of a single thing I don't like about it. It's been perfect so far.

it integrates easily with common legal tools and cloud storage platforms especially hellosign which makes it incredibly convenient to manage and organize all client files, contracts and signed documents in one place. You don't have to worry about switching between different systems and everything is right where you need it. This saves a lot of time and effort especially for legal professionals who deal with a lot of documentation.

Cons

While there are some branding options, it's still pretty limited when it comes to customizing the signer experience like adding logos, colors, or personal messages. If you are aiming for a highly branded, client-focused experience, this might not be enough compared to bigger, enterprise-level platforms.

Interface is really easy to use. Even if you are not particularly tech-savvy, it's simple to get the hang of it. I'd highly recommend it for larger companies looking to keep things professional and organized. It has all the right features to help maintain a polished, aligned process for signing and managing documents.

Cons

free plan is really limited, allowing only 3 documents per month and the costs can go up quickly when you have a team or a lot of contracts. It's a bit much for smaller plans.

friendly and client-friendly. People don't need to go through hours of training to learn how to use it which is great. I've found that its really easy to teach others how to use the platform and the learning curve is very shallow. This makes it perfect for businesses that need a quick, efficient way to get contracts signed without any problem.

Cons

honestly... I can't think of anything I dislike. Maybe it would be cool if there was a feature that lets clients sign from my computer in case they don't have a laptop or phone with them.

The software is very easy to use making signing documents very easy. No complicated steps...just a few clicks and you are done. It's designed to be straightforward so anyone can figure it out which is great for those who need to get contracts signed quickly without any confusion.

It logs me out after a while, so I always have to log back in. Kind of annoying.

It's not only easy for us to send out but it's also super easy for clients to sign and return the documents. The process is smooth and efficient which helps keep everything moving forward.

its missing some document editing or form-building tools that other platforms, like DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign, offer. Would be great if that was included.

“keeps me updated

Pros

One of my favorite features is how easy it is to add multiple places for initials and signatures. It's great to be able to clearly indicate where each signer needs to sign. Plus, I can track the progress, seeing when it was sent, when it was opened and whether it has been signed...so I am always up to date on where things stand.

Cons

Sometimes it takes longer to load my documents which can be frustrating.

So easy to use and it helps contracts move forward much faster with much less back-and-forth. The platform is interactive and the whole process feels smooth. It definitely speeds up the process and cuts down on the amount of time spent chasing signatures.

cost is a little higher than I'd like but honestly, it's not a dealbreaker. It works well enough for what I need.

Loveeee how easy it is to upload a variety of documents and then quickly highlight the areas where signatures or initials are needed. It's also awesome that I can create templates for documents that I use frequently which saves time. The best part is that I can send these documents straight from the platform making everything so much more aligned.

Its hard to edit a document after it's been signed. It'd be awesome if they added a feature that lets me see the timeline of changes, without locking access to the document.
