I like how simple it is to upload a document and add a signature. It's awesome to have clients sign contracts this way instead of printing, signing and scanning them.

I honestly can't think of any issues right now. Everything's been smooth for me!

It has many of the features that usually require a digital signature, like the ones you'd often use in Adobe Acrobat.

It feels a bit slow and takes quite time to finalize a secure document. I also had at least one instance where things were out of sync for a whole day, probably because it's cloud-based.

Signing into hellosign is easy and user-friendly. The whole process is smooth and issue free.

Cons

If you have a lot of shared folders with different people or teams, managing permissions and tracking changes can get pretty complicated.

Its simplicity and budget-friendly pricing make this software exceptional. The audit trail feature is fantastic...it keeps a record of all document transactions. Automated alerts and reminders make sure no one misses anything and once a document is fully signed, everyone gets notified and sent their copy.

I wish there was a Microsoft Word add-in so I could sign documents directly from Word without having to log into the website and upload the document every time.

interface is too technical...it could be a lot more user-friendly and pleasant.

You can sync it with your devices for easy access and backup of documents or contracts. Plus, you can sign your files right from there which is super convenient.

On the downside, the customer service is not very responsive which can make things a bit harder to use.
