What convinced me to choose this platform over other legal document automation tools was its ability to handle complex workflows and integrate with the other systems my practice depends on. I ran into competing vendors that felt too restrictive or couldn't manage the conditional logic needed to generate documents properly. I also appreciate that there's a strong marketplace of experienced workflow builders and consultants who can step in when needed at a reasonable cost. Customer support has been excellent in my experience and I can see the team continuously improving and scaling the product alongside new AI capabilities.
Cons
The backend generally does what it needs to but I have to admit it doesn't feel quite as refined yet, likely a product of still scaling its user base. I got a bit annoyed when I put together a workflow meant to let people upload documents, only to run into problems where Excel spreadsheets and larger PDF files couldn't be uploaded. That limitation slowed us down and was frustrating given how fundamental file uploads are to our processes.

Once I finished the configuration, the system ran smoothly and reliably for me. There was a learning curve at first which I expected but the interface was clear enough to figure out with some effort. I also appreciated that the sales team wasn't overly aggressive during the process.

After searching high and low for a no-code app builder that lets me customize the navigation bar for legal products, nothing else came close to what this tool offered. For starters, we save a lot of staff time when building and generating forms. It also lets us work directly with applicants to gather needed information which makes things smoother. The customizable forms and templates have expanded how we use the tool, we're now using it for internal forms beyond Legal ones, such as leave requests and mileage reimbursement forms.

Beyond the app's built-in capabilities, their customer support consistently impresses me. The group keeps adding new options that make things more convenient and cut down on time spent. I found the product very feasible to pick up even without any programming background. In my opinion it likely ranks among the most convenient interfaces I've used. The user community for this tool is also incredibly supportive in the dedicated Slack channel and there are plenty of useful guides on their site as well as on YouTube. And when I say their customer support is excellent, I mean that if I can't locate an answer among the available materials, their team responds quickly to assist. Whenever I've contacted support, someone from their staff gets back to me within about fifteen minutes or so and they have been helpful.
Cons
While the Word add-in lets me insert variables that were already created in the workflow, I can't create new variables directly from the add-in on the fly. It doesn't take long to swap between the two applications but that limitation is the only thing I can think of from other apps that would be a nice addition to this tool and I'd love to see it in updates.

extremely capable, user-friendly product that does exactly what it promises and is remarkably quick to get started with. Although it's promoted as a no-code platform, the option to use code is surprisingly feasible, I opt to build my templates using this tool's own syntax and before this I had never worked with any syntax or programming language at all. The template-building features are both advanced and flexible, allowing me to produce highly intricate documents or, conversely, the most basic forms when required. Clients can access linked interviews to complete the questionnaires themselves which then produces documents instantly for the client or for an initial solicitor review.
Cons
Not much to complain about. A few features I've asked for aren't available yet but I've found the team really listens to customer suggestions and I expect the capabilities I want will be added eventually.
