“Excellent client tracking system
Pros
I really appreciate being able to build documents within the platform. What I also like is that clients are able to sign those forms electronically. All in all, I find it to be an excellent client tracking system.
Cons
What bothers me is that there doesn't seem to be any way to monitor client payments or manage invoices. I'd really like it if those capabilities were added.

Pros
Creating forms is pretty easy. I rely on the notes to record all of my daily patient entries so there's no reason to purchase a separate EMR. Patients find it simple to book appointments. Support has been excellent whenever issues pop up. They're always rolling out updates with new features.
Cons
Figuring out and managing the booking options can be pretty confusing. The platform doesn't handle multiple practitioners well. My partner and I run the practice together and it would be helpful if we both had equal admin rights. Also, I keep getting email alerts for all of her bookings which feels unnecessary and redundant.

We're paperless clients can finish their paperwork before arriving instead of us waiting on them when they don't bring it. It reduces wait times and accelerates our workflow.

For patients, it is very easy to use and I appreciate that the interface is secure and HIPAA-compliant it also gives me the ability to generate PDFs.
Cons
I have noticed the development interface can lag at times and it bothers me that there's no way to reroute forms from one provider to another I also wish PDF generation would be faster.

Pros
Setting up our forms was a breeze and very easy to use. it is highly customizable. My patients consistently tell me they appreciate not having to print paperwork or arrive early for appointments and I would definitely recommend it!
Cons
I have noticed Mac users frequently struggle to submit forms. Several patients have told me they get stuck and cannot successfully send in their completed forms which is frustrating.

I find it incredibly simple to send and receive highly confidential documents through this service. My clients absolutely love that they never have to print or scan anything anymore which makes things much smoother. Whenever I have needed to tweak or update forms, customer support has been outstanding and very quick to make the changes. I really adore this company as I have saved long hours every week thanks to it and my office is now completely paperless.
Cons
I would love for them to build in progress notes and scheduling tools. At the moment I use a separate online program for all of that but if and when IntakeQ adds those features I'll definitely move everything over.

“Customizable forms and easy booking
Pros
I really like being able to customize and build my own intake forms, the web-based booking process is easy too and I find the automated email notifications extremely helpful.
Cons
Clients seem to have trouble returning to a form they didn't finish and I haven't been able to determine the cause. I'd like the option to charge clients without tying the fee to a specific appointment, although that's not a major issue for me. One tiny change I'd make is making the 'manage appointment' link more prominent. right now it is easy for people to miss and they don't realize they can cancel or reschedule through it.

Pros
I have found the system incredibly easy to use. My patients haven't had any trouble filling out the forms and I have been impressed with how helpful and responsive customer service has been.
Cons
Setting up a payment plan turned out to be a bit of a hassle because, being based in the United States, my bank blocked the use of my card which meant I couldn't complete the process smoothly.

Pros
I like that the system lets me put limits on scheduling, offers a reliable charting feature and my patients generally find it straightforward and simple to complete forms.
Cons
For me, it is annoying that I must type each client's name to pull up their notes and constantly switching back and forth between the Booking and Clients screens feels tedious and inefficient.

“Clients appreciate phone-friendly paperwork
Pros
My clients really appreciate being able to complete their intake paperwork on a phone, tablet, or laptop. I am relieved that after I sign the documents electronically they remain stored securely and with confidentiality. The team was incredibly helpful setting up my forms and even transferred them for me from a PDF. The cost is quite fair and is more than made up for by the hours I reclaim compared with having to print, scan and file documents while meeting HIPAA compliance requirements.
Cons
The scheduling software is nice but the scheduler doesn't communicate with my Google Calendar or even with the calendar in my practice-management software.

I am finding the software really�simple�to use and easy to customize. I am glad I can download and upload completed forms so they can be stored in our EMR. More than 90% of my clients comment on how simple and user-friendly it is.
Cons
Occasionally the system tells users the form isn't complete in a way that confuses them and I have to step in to clarify. Also, sometimes the email notification lands in their spam folder so they miss it and we end up having to remind them to check.

Pros
I am finding the interface very user-friendly and their customer support is outstanding. Moving away from paper has helped conservation efforts and makes it easy for me to push intake data into my progress notes software.
Cons
There isn't anything major that bothers me, although because I am not very tech-savvy I occasionally struggle when trying to edit or update my forms.

Pros
I find the process pretty easy to finish. It includes every capability my company needs to remain HIPAA-compliant in a secure way. Also there are plenty of useful add-ons that enhance the form features like scheduling and similar tools.
Cons
It would be great if the platform offered a point-of-sale module as well as a secure feature to store and manage electronic medical records (similar to Practice Fusion). If those two systems could be integrated into one seamless platform, I would consider it the perfect solution for our business's needs and workflows.
