A more useful and well oriented solution

Cons

I LOVE their automation capabilities revolutionize practice management, from kanban boards to matter stages. It streamlines tasks, updates, referrals, and invoicing, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

The standout features for me are the workflow and automation options offered by Lawcus.

Cons

The search function is limited, having Notes/Facts/Meetings/Calls all on one screen. It might be easier if they were separated. Automatic integration of phone calls and emails would be great.

Great software for workflow oriented firm

Clean interface with strong integrations

Pros

What stands out to me is the clean and simple interface that still feels great. I also like the endless Zapier integrations and I've found customer support to be outstanding, with developers consistently improving the UI, features and stability.

Cons

From what I've seen, there aren't many downsides aside from minor bugs which is fairly normal for beta software.

Reliable tool with great support

simple case management with crm

Pros

For me, it is one of the most simple and easy-to-use case management tools available. I really enjoy features like Kanban boards, automated task lists and timeline notes. I also rely on the built-in CRM to track clients and opportunities and I've found customer service to be responsive and open to suggestions. After trying many tools, I feel this one stays lean without unnecessary features.

Visual project management

Pros

After a lot of research, I decided to sign up for this tool. I was looking for visual and easy-to-use project management software and this fits well despite a few expected beta bugs. I can easily manage opportunities, move them through pipelines and convert them into matters with minimal effort. I also appreciate the built-in CRM and the team's responsiveness to feedback which makes me optimistic about its future.

Strong focus on crm and workflow

Pros

Having tried many LPM programs, I feel it stands out as the best. I like that it focuses on CRM and project management rather than weak billing features. The Kanban boards support a lean workflow and I appreciate the ongoing improvements and integrations being added.

Modern and efficient workflow tracking
