“Easy onboarding for the whole team
Pros
The learning curve felt fairly easy overall and I noticed everyone was able to get up to speed in a reasonable amount of time.
Cons
From my experience, there were a few bugs and issues at the start but customer support worked closely with us during the first week. I was a bit skeptical at first, though things improved quickly.

“Cost-effective and well-organized software
Pros
After trying this software, I found it cost-effective and a great value. I really appreciate how easy it is to learn and navigate and it delivers on that. Document and case management feel well organized which makes things much easier for me.
Cons
Overall, I'd rate this software around a 9/10. The only real challenge I faced was trying to integrate it with another billing system I was already using.

“great app connections and outstanding support
Pros
Connecting this tool with other apps like Calendly, Google Calendar and Decision Vault has made a huge difference for our workflow. The support team is also outstanding every single time we contact them. My support Rep has been an amazing resource for our company and for me personally. Plus the pipeline stages and their automated workflows have completely transformed how we manage our client relationships.
Cons
The scheduling feature is not working as well as I'd hoped. It consistently takes me three tries just to get logged into my account each day. I'd also really value an activity log to see which user performed specific actions like transferring funds between accounts, moving a case or converting a lead.

This platform is a truly comprehensive workflow and practice management system. It gives us an incredibly solid framework that streamlines our entire client intake process from start to finish. What really stands out is how effectively it helps us set up, organize and maintain case files everything stays perfectly structured and easily accessible.
Cons
The selection of templates is pretty basic and let me tell you that you need to purchase several add-ons to access the platforms full functionality.

Cons
Lawcus is not designed for mobile, so clients can see our messages but can't read them fully unless they are on a computer

The owner and staff are incredibly responsive and helpful, constantly updating and adding features. It is a perfect blend of law practice management and marketing tools.
Cons
There are features I would like, but the team is already implementing many of my ideas. Getting used to new software takes time, but it will be worth it in the end.
