Easy to customize and integrate

Pros

What I find impressive about Litify is how easy it is to customize for any workflow. Also, the ability to integrate other components, like my accounting system and phone system, is a significant advantage.

Cons

I feel they should invest more time in enhancing the phone system integration features.

Remarkable software

Pros

The automation features and reporting capabilities enhance our team's efficiency in everything we handle. I genuinely believe we wouldn't have achieved our current growth without these tools.

Cons

It took quite a while for us to go live, mostly because our old system was outdated and this new system has many more features. However, once we were operational, it became clear why we made the switch.

Progressing well

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility of the platform, the extensive knowledge articles, and the regular addition of new features. The current direction feels more tangible compared to previous years, and the product roadmaps are transparent.

Cons

Some features seem underdeveloped or untouched. I've encountered instances of bugs on the platform where the response was, "We know this is an issue, but it's not a priority to fix at the moment."

Litify is Customizable

Pros

Since it's built on the Salesforce platform, I can customize it to fit our needs perfectly.

Cons

Creating and updating questionnaires requires a significant amount of computer resources for each tab, and its incompatibility with Salesforce Service Cloud creates challenges for smooth integration with a phone system.

I approve Litify

Pros

I have the ability to create significantly better automations than I could before. I can also restrict permissions for certain tasks, which helps maintain data integrity, and the system's flexibility allows us to enhance our operations effectively.

Cons

The installation process was quite challenging and I wish I had dedicated a year to learn its features and observed more firms' setups before starting the process.

Accessing required information is easy

Pros

I really like that Litify is very easy to use. The quick tabs are particularly beneficial when I need to access information swiftly without navigating through multiple tabs.

Cons

One aspect I currently dislike about Litify is that you can't select one template to generate several templates. For example, we cannot create four record requests for four different providers within one case simultaneously. At present, I have to create one template for one provider, then go back and recreate it for each additional provider until all four are finished.

Litify is an excellent software

Pros

This software provides a high level of security that is both reliable and comprehensive. The security features ensure that sensitive data is well-protected against potential threats.

Cons

The integration with Banjaxed, our texting platform, did not go as smoothly as it was advertised.

My go-to choice

Pros

It took Litify a while to establish its presence in the legal industry where I use it, but now that it has, I can't imagine considering any other solution.

Cons

Navigating Litify can be a bit of a challenge when it comes to establishing the foundation and training for users. However, once it clicks, it turns out to be an excellent tool.

User-friendly software

Pros

My firm began using Litify last March, and I can confidently say the software is excellent. It's easy to use and there are constant improvements being implemented.

Cons

Occasionally, there are glitches, but nothing that couldn't be resolved.

Expensive and not worth the price

Pros

The software does a decent job of tracking macro firm metrics, helping us monitor costs and gross revenue. However, aside from that, I find it somewhat lacking in utility.

Cons

Document management is subpar. Litify requires payment for its document management system called Docrio, which has numerous issues. It's quite slow and often causes system crashes, requiring a restart. I would recommend thinking carefully before going on this expensive path.

Must-have software for medium and large firms

Pros

The flexibility of Litify is remarkable. The native objects, such as Matter Plans and Case Types, give us the adaptability we need to manage various case types. It also allows for quick changes that can be applied to relevant open cases.

Cons

There could be a better and faster conversion from an Intake to a Matter. Sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds to open a Matter. I understand there's a lot happening behind the scenes during this process, especially with our non-standard Litify mappings and updates, but any improvement in this area would be a big win for our firm.

Software that offers great customer support

Pros

Litify has empowered our firm to automate routine tasks, which frees up our team and attorneys to focus on providing the best service to our clients. It works for us, not the other way around!

Cons

The biggest hurdle in transitioning from a different case management system was user adoption.

Help save time

Pros

The dashboards are fantastic at saving time when managing a busy law practice. I can quickly get an overview of everything I need to know across the firm, identifying any issues without needing to dive into the details.

Cons

Setting it up and configuring it to operate as I would like has taken quite some time. It's not easy to learn how to create reports.

Reliable software that has great potential

Pros

Litify has been fantastic for us. Being built on the Salesforce platform means there's virtually nothing we can't achieve. The number of tasks and processes we've automated has saved our team considerable time and resources. Their customer support is also impressively quick to respond to any requests made through their support portal. I appreciate that they welcome feedback, making me feel truly heard when requesting changes or features. I highly recommend this case management solution.

Cons

The drawbacks are mostly minor issues that could easily be addressed or enhanced. For example, Docrio's inability to remember how I want files sorted has been a common complaint among my team. Each time the webpage is refreshed, I have to sort the files repeatedly, which can be quite time-consuming. These are just minor details that I'm sure they're actively working to improve based on user feedback. At its core, Litify has been transformative for our firm, with a few small updates over time, it will be even better!

Great experience

Pros

The Docrio features are exceptional and greatly enhance the user experience for our Case Managers.

Cons

I believe Litify should be built on the Service Cloud Platform rather than the Sales Cloud Platform. Having to purchase platform licenses when we need full licenses for our Case Managers has been frustrating. However, our Account Executive is collaborating with us to set up a new contract to acquire full licenses, allowing us to onboard more users while utilizing the existing platform licenses.

Not the best fit for our practice

Pros

The reporting features of this software are good and one thing which make this software a bit more likable is that it is cloud-based.

Cons

Honestly, for our business needs, Litify has more than what we need. I think it's a good product for certain law firms, but it doesn't suit our firm the best.

Ideal choice for tech-focused law firms

Pros

Litify is a cutting-edge case management solution that operates on the Salesforce platform. This allows for rapid development and feature updates, much quicker than traditional legal case management solutions. It's perfect for firms that are tech-savvy and eager to push the limits of what's possible. Plus, the customer support at Litify is outstanding. I wish every vendor I worked with provided support as excellent as theirs.

Cons

Because Litify operates on Salesforce and is not a traditional pre-built case management solution, some firms may find it challenging to start initially. It truly necessitates well-thought-out business processes, which for many firms is not the norm and can slow down the adoption of Litify. However, for those that do have well-structured business processes, it serves as an excellent foundation to build upon.

A productive tool!!

Pros

Litify has everything we were looking for: a comprehensive set of features that covers all stages of the client representation lifecycle.

Cons

I was taken aback by how much time it took to customize and set up Litify for my firm. The process is quite difficult, so onboarding new employees takes a bit of time to get them fully acquainted.
