Modern look, easy to navigate

Pros

I find the software to be exceptionally convenient to use, which greatly enhances my experience. Its intuitive design allows me to navigate through various features and functions easily, saving me valuable time. Also, the accessibility of the platform is a significant advantage

Cons

Some packages are rather rigid and don't provide the flexibility we need.

Great for making questionnaires

Pros

Building questionnaires is relatively easy, offering a lot of flexibility. The product is ideally crafted for managing intakes and questionnaires.

Cons

Litify is built on top of Salesforce and includes numerous custom objects. I have had various challenges while integrating other products. While many products can integrate with Salesforce, complications arise once the engineers attempt to integrate with Litify.

Cloud-based app with endless customization options

Pros

I chose Litify because having complete control to customize features and modify the application to fit our needs was crucial. Since it operates on Salesforce, it was quite easy for us to build new features as required without waiting for global changes from Litify that would impact everyone. We also needed simple API access with other cloud-based platforms, and having a simple drag-and-drop interface via Zapier.com for Salesforce has allowed us to connect quickly and effectively with several other applications.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the Salesforce user interface. While it accomplishes its purpose, navigating it feels a bit complex compared to other cloud-based platforms. However, this is not an issue that Litify can control, so I wouldn't consider it a reason to avoid using this application. It might not be the best choice for firms with fewer than 20 users unless they anticipate growth. Unless you plan to use it as is, without customization, it would be beneficial to have in-house technical resources available.
