“Has a lot of useful tools”
Pros
Litify stood out for its organization features and the simple integrations it offers. It also includes a lot of tools that make document management much more easy.
Cons
The help section needs improvements especially when it comes to guiding users through the different errors they might encounter while working.

“Highly customizable software”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with Litify is how flexible it is. Once you get the hang of how everything is structured, you can tailor it really well to fit your workflows. The automation tools cut down a lot of manual tasks and the case management side feels reliable for everyday use.
Cons
The price is on the higher side and there is definitely a learning curve especially if you are new to Salesforce although it gets more manageable over time.

“customizable case management powerhouse”
Pros
It is a powerful platform with a lot of room for customization. The case and client management side is especially strong, making it possible to keep an entire matter organized within one system. The chat function and task management tools also help teams stay aligned and work collaboratively with the same up-to-date information in front of them. On top of that both our customer service team and Litify's support reps have been outstanding as they are very responsive, helpful and always ready to assist.
Cons
One downside is that a lot of the system needs to be customized, particularly when it comes to integrating it with other software like Accounting Seed and NetDocs.

“powerhouse for case tracking”
Pros
The platform is very user friendly and offers a lot of customization. It can be tailored to organize files more effectively, monitor file activity and keep everyone on the case team informed and up to date.
Cons
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve when it comes to figuring out which customizations work best. Once the setup starts to make sense though, those customization options end up making each adjustment much more helpful.

“pretty decent tool!”
Pros
Having both case management and document management in one system is a big plus. It's also user friendly and works really well for storing files as well as editing them when needed.
Cons
At times the timeline can be tricky to navigate and finding exactly what I need isn't always as easy as it should be.

“A complete tool overall”
Pros
The thing I like is having emails, document sharing, calendaring, expenses and more all in one place. Everything is searchable which makes finding what I need really quick. I also rely a lot on the task tabs and reminders to stay on top of pending work and keep outstanding items from slipping through the cracks.
Cons
I feel like one thing that would really help is being able to clone information from the details and party tabs into companion cases since that would cut down on repetitive data entry and save time. I'd also love to see a talk-to-text feature added for phone call logs and emails because that would make things even faster.

“Has user friendly tools”
Pros
The way the tools are arranged visually, along with how easy the options feel to use, makes the platform very approachable. Users at any skill level can move through the features without much trouble and get their work done confidently and efficiently.
Cons
The connection between the apps could be better coordinated so interactions feel more consistent and unified across the platform, with fewer mismatches between features.

“too many clicks to finish tasks”
Pros
Having so much information gathered on the details page is helpful because it puts a lot in one spot so there's less need to jump around different parts of a file just to find what you need.
Cons
Honestly the system isn't very user friendly. Getting a single task done often takes more steps than it should and sometimes you have to click through multiple times before the task is actually completed.

“Well organized and user friendly”
Pros
Everything is very easy to use. The layout is structured in levels, items are simple to locate and the whole system is user friendly overall. The tab setup does a nice job of keeping everything organized which has been really helpful.
Cons
Working with videos can be a bit frustrating. A lot of the time, you have to download the video for it to play correctly or restart it several times just to fast-forward to the section you want to watch.

“helpful for search and quick sharing”
Pros
The search feature proves really useful since it takes you straight to exactly what you need. Sharing files is also very convenient because you can just send a link instead of going through extra steps.
Cons
A few documents ended up being uploaded by the AI into the wrong folders and some of them had incorrect or unrelated names.

“Good software”
Pros
Litify is very user friendly overall. It's simple to move around within a matter and I really like the flag feature you can put up to highlight things.
Cons
Switching between different matters could be better. It would also help to have a note section on the side of the matter for attorneys and coworkers, along with an important box for key details.

“Powerful case management hub”
Pros
Running Litify has given our team strong automation, centralized case information and much better visibility into where every matter stands. It delivers great value if your team really takes advantage of the platform though the price can feel high otherwise. Also the interface looks clean but it is not the most user friendly right away so there is definitely a learning curve and proper training is needed early on. Document management gets the job done although it can sometimes feel a bit confusing and slow. File sharing is usable but it is not always perfect especially when working with outside parties. On the positive side collaboration is one of its stronger areas, with reliable task tracking and clear visibility across the team. For case management itself, it is an excellent centralized system for handling matters.
Cons
One area that still is awkward is document management and file sharing which can be confusing from time to time. Customizations are also not very simple to handle on your own and usually require technical knowledge or outside support.

“great screens and tabs”
Pros
Everything is great and self-explanatory so it doesn't take much training to get comfortable with it. Moving between screens and tabs is also very simple and quick.
Cons
The only thing that gives me trouble is the search feature in the log notes since it doesn't work as conveniently as I'd expect. Even then, compared with similar programs I have used, it's a pretty minor issue.

“friendlier layout and document tabs”
Pros
The platform is much more user friendly now and is easier to understand overall. The way it organizes documents and separates everything into the different tabs we use every day is really helpful and I also appreciate the safety features and file-sharing options.
Cons
I noticed that it can be a bit slow when loading or uploading documents. It may also feel a little overwhelming for new users to understand all the available options and I feel like the AI features could be made more user friendly and easier to follow.

“too slow and overly buggy”
Pros
Billing straight from Outlook is a useful feature when it actually works the way it should. That part fits my overall experience with Litify and even this review feels similar since I had already completed it once but got told it didn't contain enough characters.
Cons
Everything else is painfully slow and not very user friendly. Even basic tasks take way too many steps and the system comes across as buggy more often than not. I wouldn't recommend it and it may simply not be a good fit for California workers' comp work.

“Reliable storage with netdocs”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is the amount of storage available and how well it works with NetDocs. I am able to update and save files in a way that actually fits the needs of my cases.
Cons
File sharing does feel a little limited at times even though it's not a major problem. There are also moments when the NetDocs integration doesn't stay fully synced which makes moving in and out of files more frustrating than it should be.

“helpful collaboration, frustrating lag”
Pros
Day to day task work is usually pretty hassle free now and it does make coordinating and collaborating with others much simpler.
Cons
Lately the speed has been a real problem. Especially recently, whenever I click on a note or switch tabs, it can take close to a minute before anything happens.

“Pretty easy to setup”
Pros
It is quite easy to use so it didn't take long to learn how to use it. The way everything is organized also works well so it's fairly simple to navigate and understand.
Cons
One thing I don't care for is how exact the spelling has to be when searching for someone. It would be much better if the search allowed a little more flexibility with misspellings.

“costly rollout and weak reporting”
Pros
Having everything housed in one database is definitely a plus. It's convenient being able to work from a single screen instead of constantly jumping through multiple tabs.
Cons
Reporting is the biggest downside since it isn't accurate. Moving over to this tool was extremely expensive and the transition wasn't handled properly which created a lot of problems for the firm. There also isn't a simple way to correct those issues, only another costly fix. On top of that the support hasn't been genuinely helpful and mostly points you toward yet another paid service to train staff.

“flexible and user-friendly platform”
Pros
Using Litify has been a very user friendly experience and the customization options make it easy to tailor to different needs. They also keep releasing new features on a regular basis and many of those updates have been genuinely helpful.
Cons
The only frustrating part is that new features often come with random error messages. On top of that every time something new is added, there seem to be tons of permission sets that also need to be configured.
