Impressed with all its features!

Pros

I'm genuinely impressed by the depth and quality of its features. The system is truly exceptional at helping businesses transform their operations by creating streamlined, efficient workflows and standardized procedures.

Cons

Everything in the program is perfect as there is nothing missing. Overall I was very impressed as it is an ideal solution for any company that wants a complete system.

Merges case and client management

Pros

What's really great is how it brings together everything we need for legal cases and client relationships in one place. It lets us handle all our client details and case work smoothly without having to jump between different systems

Cons

The platform is pretty costly especially since it runs on Salesforce. It feels like we are paying a premium for a product that we do not actually own.

incredibly user-friendly with brilliant AI

Pros

The platform is incredibly user friendly and simple to use. I was blown away by the AI integrations which provided me with super-fast answers to my questions.

Cons

As per me the price is a little high and the interface was not the easiest to learn at first. But all things considered, it is still a solid four-star product.

Very easy with fantastic value

Pros

It is very easy to use and offers fantastic value. This is one of the top products available and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

My only problem was that sharing items felt a little difficult. Other than that single issue, I'd give it top marks in every category.

Complete but complex case management

Pros

Built on the Salesforce platform, it provides complete case management and reporting, allowing firms to bring all case information together, automate work and boost communication and productivity across different locations.

Cons

Getting started requires a significant time investment and the setup is complex. Users often mention that handling documents is slow particularly in the Docrio part. Also the platform is not very easy to use and it sometimes has problems connecting with other tools.

Simple navigation for case details

Pros

Navigating the system and searching for information is very simple, all the details related to a case are well-organized and easy to find.

Cons

The search function could be more polished. Also it would be helpful to have a way to filter by file extensions to make finding specific documents easier.

very user-friendly for daily tasks

Pros

The software is very user-friendly, I did not have any trouble learning how to use it and locating any feature was pretty easy too.

Cons

You cannot search for contacts by their date of birth. It is also frustrating that we must use a client's full name or account number to look them up.

Extremely useful case management feature

Pros

The Case Management feature in Litify is extremely useful as it guides a case from the initial intake all the way to closure, helping us track its status, assign duties and handle all the related paperwork.

Cons

Some parts of the platform feel a bit unfinished or like they haven't been kept up to date. I've also run into a few bugs where the support team's response was, 'We're aware of the problem but it's not on our list to be fixed right now

Brings all tools into one place

Pros

Bringing all our case management tools into one place is my favorite part. Now I can monitor case progress, automate document creation and the advanced, real-time reporting is a feature I truly value.

Cons

The mobile app does not have all the functionality of the desktop version and getting everything set up initially demands some additional time and work.

Missing key discovery tracking tools

Pros

A feature I find really useful is the ability to send text messages directly to clients mobile phones.

Cons

There is no dedicated module for tracking the discovery process. Plus the current dashboard is built just for monitoring pre-suit negotiations, with no tools to help manage discovery.

Cons

burdensome and expensive implementation

Pros

Initially it appeared to have everything we needed. However after we signed the contract and began the setup process, the experience quickly deteriorated.

Cons

Implementation is a huge burden, it is expensive and the system is not user friendly. The accounting features do not integrate properly with it at all. Docrio is slow, awkward and is not practical at all for sharing, sending or saving new versions of documents.

Too many clicks for simple tasks

Pros

The reports are excellent once they are built, but creating them is very challenging without a lot of prior training.

Cons

It takes far too many clicks to complete a simple task and the overall layout just does not suit our firms workflow. Everyone who uses it finds it frustrating.
