Because it's accessed through a web browser, I don't have to install any special software which I really appreciate. The interface looks nice and is easy to navigate and in my experience it handles very large review sets without breaking a sweat. There are plenty of different fields and filters you can combine with boolean searches to pare down the documents into a potentially responsive pool. What's most reassuring to me is how responsive the company's support team is, I rarely have trouble getting someone to answer me and they usually reply very quickly. Uptime has been great, although I've noticed scheduled downtime does occur rather than the system being designed for five nines of uptime.
