Pros

After Reveal bought Logikcull, they changed their billing policies to profit from any errors customers made when creating projects. Our firm has been with them for five years but we have just ended our contract and are switching to either Cloud9 or DISCO.

Cons

The billing situation has become a problem. You have to watch your employees very closely to prevent expensive errors when they set up projects. As they put a rigid policy in place where they won't make any exceptions for customers whose staff accidentally create duplicate projects.

“Important tool for documentation

Pros

Logikcull is a very user friendly software and it allows us to get everything done that we needed for managing discovery in large cases. I must say it completely transformed the way we work. Managing these tasks used to be such a hassle in the past but Logikcull made it worth every penny.

Cons

Well there are few things that might cause trouble for anyone mainly if you are using a platform for the first time. But once you learn how to use Logikcull properly its the best program we have used for managing documents and discovery.

I really like that Logikcull price is reasonable and it comes with the new features. So when it comes to review, analytics, legal hold and production functions everything becomes simple for us.

Cons

I feel like adding better support for viewing Apple documents would be a big advantage for Logikcull since more and more people are using Apple devices.

Pros

Logikcull software makes it possible for small companies like ours to handle document reviews that were once only accessible to larger firms. With the shift towards paperless practices in every aspect, it become really helpful for smaller firms that cannot afford to fall behind or waste hours doing traditional document reviews.

Cons

While the program works really well but it does take some time to get familiar with the dashboard and make full use of all the features. That said the staff and customer support are aware of this and offer plenty of tutorials, plus private training sessions when you first sign up, which are important for learning Logikcull software.

Pros

As per my opinion the deduplication feature stands out to me. It is one of the best.

Cons

Well I am not sure how to save my place when reviewing emails. If I log out during a review I have to search for where I left off. There might be a way to �bookmark� the spot but I guess have not come across it yet.

Our paralegal team has spent the past year testing various e-discovery platforms. As a boutique company, we needed something whose pricing is reasonable and could be customized to our specific needs. Well during the research we discovered Logikcull software. It is easy to pick up and install. Also it comes with transparent pricing that is clearly communicated to us. After trying out several other platforms this one was the obvious choice.

Logikcull is amazing. It is an amazing software.

“Boosts productivity

Pros

Before using Logikcull, I had no experience with e-discovery and honestly did not know what I was doing. I found it while searching for a simple solution to handle my massive discovery project and Logikcull software made the whole process so much easier.

Cons

At times it slows down and you have to log out and back in to return to the normal speed which annoys me!

“Simplified doc review

Pros

Logikcull has very much simplified document review for me. No more dealing with VPNs or waiting for things to load. I just have to log in and I can start reviewing almost everything instantly.

Cons

Sometimes Logikcull does not work smoothly with Chrome (like longer loading times) but when I reached out to the team, they quickly provided another way. Also their customer service is super fast.

Logikcull really streamlines the process of uploading, managing, reviewing and producing documents which makes everything fast and simple.

Cons

There is a character limit in the email fields but I have come to know that Logikcull plans to address that soon.

Pros

The main thing that stands out to me is how easy it is to use. Because it is really easy and navigating the platform is not a problem. The search boxes are clear and its simple to narrow down the data you need to review. Once you have got the data even tagging and reviewing become a simple task. Plus creating projects and managing users is very easy as well.

Cons

I feel like are a few minor things that could be improved like not being able to customize batch documents for review easily (there is no other way to mark a batch as complete or assign it to someone else). We also sometimes have trouble producing a single PDF file instead of separate documents which some of our regulators prefer.

“Simple to use for a new comer

Pros

Logikcull desktop interface is not as overwhelming as other platforms so it feels less intimidating. Even though it is simple, it still has plenty of functions and search options which makes it the best. Being new to e-discovery I was able to quickly learn how to create different search types after my first upload, which I managed to do myself with the help of Logikculls tech support. It feels more intuitive than other tools which is something I really value.

Cons

Since I am new to e-discovery, I do not have much to compare it to. Maybe in the future if something comes up I will share.

I wish there was an option to change tag categories from multi selection (checkboxes) to single selection (radio buttons).

With Logikcull it is pretty quick and simple to load data and begin the review process.

In the Support and guidance department updates are required and also the navigation could be smoother.

Pros

The control Logikcull offers is far better than other tools I have used before. I like that I can upload documents myself, review them at my own speed and export them with customizable options. All this is something that makes it an easy choice for my office. And whenever I have questions customer service is always quick to respond.

Cons

The pricing works well for medium and large projects but it is hard to justify for smaller ones. I often have smaller projects that would benefit from Logikculls ease of use but it is tough for me to recommend to clients with limited budgets. Good thing is that doing those smaller tasks manually does not take too long.

Pros

From the beginning like from setup through a webcam to regular use, Logikcull is very reliable. It is user friendly and flexible. I can review documents, add bates stamps and even send them to the defense team.

Cons

With Logikcull, it can take time to learn for people who are not very tech savvy but once you understand how sophisticated the platform is it makes sense. Plus it is still much easier to use compared to others we have tried.

I like the interface as it is easy to pick up and learn mainly when compared to other e-discovery platforms.

I simply wish there was an option to edit tags after they have been created instead of having to delete and create new ones.

Logikcull speeds up the document review process significantly which makes it much more likeable. Our clients benefit because attorneys spend a lot less time reviewing documents than they would if done manually.

Cons

Logikcull redact feature can be improved a bit. Right now you have to zoom in before you can redact which adds an extra step to the process.

“Probably the easiest management software

Pros

Logikcull makes both uploading and reviewing documents pretty simple. I have used other programs where you had to manually match metadata fields during uploads. Also the automated upload process of Logikcull is amazing and searching, reviewing and tagging documents is so much easier.

Cons

The preparation of a production or downloading took some time but their customer service was always available to help out.

Pros

What I like the most about Logikcull is that it allows me to add Bates numbers to documents without needing help from tech support. Uploading documents is not a problem anymore which makes Logikcull an easy platform to learn eDiscovery. Also the CSV reports make finding documents after downloading and reviewing them a lot easier and producing documents for opposing counsel through Logikcull is really simple.

Cons

I wish it were easier to handle documents for Trial Exhibit production. Logikcull works great for discovery but at times I struggled when creating Exhibits for Trial. Also, once documents are downloaded I did prefer being able to view them all in one PDF rather than searching through multiple folders.

It is user friendly and helped us meet a deadline. For sure we would not have made if we were doing manual document reviews.

Cons

Everything about Logikcull is useful and helpful while I am working on a project. So no complaints.
