“Dont know what i would do without it

Pros

Logikcull allows me to review thousands of emails and documents related to public records in a clear, detailed and proper way without the hassle of manually handling hard copies. My favorite feature is using search syntax to locate duplicate responses. With just a click I can cut down my workload once duplicates are removed.

Cons

I do not have any issues to report regarding the software itself but I am not a fan of the name. I would rather like it to be spelled as Logicull.

“Gets everything done quickly

Pros

I really liked how easily it pulls relevant data from platforms like Slack, G Suite and Dropbox. It generates searchable fields and metadata quickly which gives us the information we needed quickly. Its also very easy and we barely needed any training. The pricing is great too.

There is nothing that I disliked about Logikcull.

“Easy to view and access everything

Pros

Logikcull is super easy to use and only minimal training was required. Plus I have had no trouble running searches, reviewing and tagging documents.

Cons

I am not sure. If I think a lot I will say sometimes I did get stuck on a page and could not navigate the way I wanted but I think that was my mistake and not a software issue. It was easy to backtrack without wasting much time.

Pros

Logikcull software structure, ease of use, range of functions and overall efficiency made it simple. Even though I do not have a strong tech background still transitioning to Logikcull and learning about it was it was smooth and simple process.

Cons

There are not any features or functions that I dislike in Logikcull software.

I really like that Logikcull gives the option to run my own searches and reports along with the cost.

Logikcull search queries were not as easy as I expected.

I love being able to assign multiple people to work on the same batch of documents and see their comments on each one.

Most of the times it does not always reopen to the last document you were working on.

Pros

Logikcull is excellent for retrieving legal discovery quickly and with an ease. Also it filters out the information that matters to me and helps with file recovery. I am very satisfied with it.

Cons

No negative feedback to share about Logikcull software. Plus I did not use it long enough to notice any cons. It is simply a great tool.

Pros

It is highly simple and user friendly, plus its price is reasonable mainly for small to medium-sized companies like ours.

Cons

File compatibility is mostly limited to standard Windows-based programs like Microsoft Office, along with images, PDFs and PST files. It also has limited functions beyond the document production stage.

Pros

I liked how simple it was to navigate and use the features for document review. Tagging and organizing documents is easy so I can find them later. Customer service was very responsive and always helped with any questions I had. The training videos were also useful whenever I needed assistance.

Cons

I think the search function which includes the advanced search could be displayed more clearly. As it was not always possible to figure out how to save searches.

Logikcull is fast and easy to use. Moreover specifically for me saved search feature is a real game changer.

Some of the details can be a bit confusing at times.

“Too many steps for labeling

Pros

Loading documents is simple and easy and I really like that the original titles are retained as it keeps everything immediately recognizable and saves me from having to manually rename or search for files later. It�s a small feature that adds up to big convenience.

I personally think Bates labeling and producing documents involve way too many steps.

“Easy tagging and quick productions

Pros

For me the interface is very visually appealing and intuitive to navigate. Tagging assets feels completely effortless which keeps everything organized without extra work. And the best part is how surprisingly easy it is to get a full production up and running as it turns what could be a complex process into something smooth and manageable.

Cons

Well the zoom tool is terrible, it barely works and the search often skips tons of results.

Pros

The platform is highly user-friendly so picking it up quickly was a real benefit for me because it drastically reduced the need for extensive training. That ease of use directly improves my productivity because I can focus on the work itself rather than wrestling with the tool. It's designed to get out of your way and let you perform.

In my experience refreshing search hits after a large batch tagging can introduce lag that slows my work.

In my experience the search tools are extremely efficient and cover a broad range of options.

The download and production options could use improvement, extracting single documents without triggering multiple downloads frustrates me.

Navigating Logickull feels easy and I appreciate that all the advanced search and productivity tools are easy to learn and operate. I also like that the team consistently listens to feedback to improve the product.

Nothing to report here from me cz platform issues have been minimal and whenever improvements were suggested, they were simple to resolve or already being refined by Logickull's team.

For our firm setting up this tool was immediate and I value that the pay-as-you-go pricing is simple, letting us use it quickly whenever needed.

I can upload documents almost instantly and it preserves the original format exactly as received.

Cons

A limitation is not being able to change or add metadata when a document is sent as a PDF instead of the native email format which slows my workflow.

Pros

The interface felt simple and very user-friendly and I found the support staff/help desk to be excellent. Whenever I couldn't figure something out, someone was quickly available to either give me the information I needed or walk me through the steps. Because of this tool, reviewing and culling over 800,000 documents was much easier than it would have been without the software.

Cons

Honestly nothing about the program has bothered me, no aspects have stood out as problematic.

Pros

We can rapidly upload batches of case files in a ZIP and the processing runs automatically and is pretty fast. After processing completes, our team, attorneys and support staff, can quickly search, tag and review documents and emails through the interface. The per-GB-per-month pricing gives us a convenient, flexible way to serve clients while keeping us agile so we can adjust as case loads rise and fall.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit intimidating for first-time users, newcomers sometimes struggle with search techniques and export setups though on-screen tips and support calls help us navigate. Occasionally web document previewers feel slightly slow.
