Honestly the search feature is super easy and pulls up a broad range of matches which lets me zero in on the specific documents I am looking for. The OCR engine does a fantastic job extracting all the text from each file, so I can often tell at a glance whether something is relevant just from the tagline. Being able to attach multiple tags has made organizing everything much easier and the simple process for culling or unculling items has helped me categorize things even more effectively. To be frank, my favorite part of the app is how customizable it is, that flexibility speeds up my workflow and in a field where efficiency matters, this product really supports getting the job done.

Cons

No major flaws have been noticed though having an option to filter out already tagged or read documents would make me even more efficient.

As an instructor in an ABA-accredited paralegal program, I saw this tool build a "course" on electronic discovery that gave my students direct, hands-on exposure to the subject. The lessons were easy to follow and really showed just how accessible and potent this tool is when applied in practical e-discovery scenarios.

While useful I believe the course could be broadened to include more practical, hands-on exercises so users gain deeper experience operating the tool.

As a not-so-techy solo practitioner I relied heavily on their team, honestly some of the friendliest and most patient pros I've dealt with, available around the clock which was absolutely essential for me. It did take repeating actions to learn the system but with some practice I eventually got the hang of it. It enabled me to take on huge discovery projects that would have been impossible otherwise.

Cons

It does get simple over time although it requires a fair amount of hands-on practice before things feel natural. I would really like to see a stronger way to build an index of pages because the current approach makes organizing them harder than it needs to be.

Since it was my first time using software like this I had tons of questions and the customer support was fantastic, they were patient, attentive and took the time to walk me through everything in detail so I felt supported throughout the process.

The learning curve was pretty steep. I struggled at first to figure out the right way to use the program and some of the sorting and labeling felt more complicated than necessary. Still, I managed to figure it out as I used it more.

I can create many issue tags and codes per document and easily delete any duplicate entries.

Adding a note to a tagged document isn't easy and it doesn't remain clearly visible when I scroll through a set or tag group with many items. I want the interface to make it obvious clearly that I tagged something a certain way by showing the explanatory note I added at the moment I tagged it.

For the types of investigations I do, this tool feels like a modern, all-in-one system, it's cloud-based which helps me align a lot of processes and cut down on paperwork. Because of that I can create and maintain databases with every piece of required information, so I can reach what I need within moments rather than dealing with hundreds of paper files that often get lost or damaged over time. Everything needed for various cases and inquiries sits safely on a cloud server. The application also offers a very powerful automated, intelligent search function that helps me locate documents much more quickly. In addition, I can set up multiple categories and organize the different files in whatever order I prefer directly inside the app.

Cons

My main complaint is that the reports the application produces are fairly basic and don't include enough detail, so I still end up analyzing data manually. I really hope the developers strengthen this capability in future system updates so it generates far more detailed, comprehensive reports with all the information I need which would help me save time at work.

In my work as a freelance paralegal, I find this tool fantastic to hand over to my attorney clients for complete, end-to-end discovery processing.

I get sticker shock from the pricing, once the storage and download/processing charges are tacked on, the total is outrageous. Also, the contract language is murky and doesn't clearly explain these costs.

For me the standout thing is how easy and simple the interface is. So many eDiscovery platforms overcomplicate things with an 'everything but the kitchen sink' mentality that muddies up basic functionality. This product gives you all the powerful features you'd expect and then some, while still being easy to operate. It's almost refreshing to find something that actually makes use simple, who would've thought!

Cons

One annoyance I have is when I am combing through eDiscovery results for particular keywords and want to create downloads filtered to those terms. It isn't hard to pull together the downloads but I'd really appreciate the ability to automatically include a few pages before and after each hit in the eDiscovery export without extra steps. Maybe that's a functionality they'll add down the road. Also, it would be ideal if the tool could congreatate multiple PDF exports into one continuous PDF file instead of producing separate PDFs for each document during the download process.

We really appreciate the range of advanced search options because they make it simple to track down the exact document I am looking for without fuss. Our team values being able to have multiple users logged in at once so several people can review documents at the same time rather than only one person being allowed to view a file. I also find the upload tracking feature genuinely helpful, it gives us a clear, at-a-glance indication if any new documents have been added that need to be reviewed.

Cons

Not a fan of how the 'uploads' folder is displayed, I wish browsing files were easier and more familiar, like Microsoft File Explorer since initial document review can feel overwhelming.

Uploading data and running searches is very simple. It is as if I can upload a photo to Facebook, I can handle this platform easily. Unlike the tough e-discovery solutions I used before, this requires no hardware installation or IT involvement. I can process, review and produce data from anywhere which makes it a great and easy-to-use solution.

Using this tool feels like a mix of love and frustration, I appreciate the efficiency but speed translates into a heavier workload since all e-discovery matters are handled by me alone.
