NetClaim Features
Multi Channel Intake And Dynamic Scripting
Intake runs 24/7 across phone, web, email, and fax. Dynamic, rules-based scripting guides specialists to the required questions and resolves inconsistencies during the call, improving accuracy without lengthening talk time. These NetClaim features support consistent capture of first notice details across incident types for dependable downstream handling.
Data Integrity And Real Time Quality Controls
Automated integrity checks flag missing or conflicting entries before submission. This second layer of validation helps reduce rework and prevents incomplete first notice records from moving forward, so carriers, TPAs, and employers receive cleaner data for faster triage and fewer follow ups.
Automated Dissemination And Escalation
Customer specific rules route each report to the correct destination quickly, with escalation that can vary by location, incident type, or schedule. Notifications can be sent in preferred formats, ensuring that stakeholders receive actionable information without delay or manual intervention.
Web Reporting And Severity Insights
After intake, the web application surfaces severity and trend indicators to help risk teams focus on higher priority events. Consistent reporting gives managers a clearer view of patterns across sites and time periods, supporting prevention steps that can lower future claim frequency and impact.
Companion Claim And Digital Call Recording
For incidents that generate multiple claims, Companion Claim prepopulates shared details to avoid duplicate entry and shorten follow ups. One hundred percent digital call recording preserves a verifiable record of interactions, aiding later validation and compliance needs across programs.

“Handles high volume of data well”
Pros
Navex has been a great business partner for us and the software works really well for our company. We report about 5 to 10 incidents a day through phone, web, email, etc., and the intake team at Navex handles our volume efficiently, reporting all incidents in a timely manner.
Cons
Customizing forms does take some time but every request we've made for customization has been fully supported by Navex. I understand the process takes time with configuration, sandbox testing, and then migrating to production.
