“Best for doc review”
Pros
Nextpoint is fast, flexible, and forgiving. They're always rolling out new features. What I like most is that I have full control over my databases, but the vendor is there to provide assistance or support whenever needed. The interface is aesthetically pleasing, works across all devices, and has quickly become my go-to tool.
Cons
Applying redactions is quite a slow and time-taking process, as it involves numerous steps and requires processing each page separately.

“Nextpoint: DIY eDiscovery Done Right”
Pros
The best features are the self-import tools and field mapping. I also appreciate the ability to organize data into custom folders and set custom export settings.
Cons
I have just a few issues. It's difficult to see the original folder structure in client data, except for what's shown in the metadata field. Also, there's a need for custom placeholder pages, and the pricing for month-to-month data hosting or online storage could be more flexible.

“Happy User for Three Years and Counting”
Pros
The platform is very easy to use. I was completely new to e-discovery just a few years ago, and older platforms like Relativity and Concordance felt too complex. I feel like I've come a long way in managing discovery materials with Nextpoint.
Cons
Mapping out all the categories based on the load file can be complex at times. Sometimes I struggle to find the right category, and when I try to create one, it sometimes tells me that it's already in use, even though I can't find it in the dropdown. I'm sure this is more a user issue than a software one, but it's something I've noticed.
